The villa is perfect for smaller groups looking to unwind and take in the serenity of this tiny Istrian village because it is surrounded by nature and peace.
The outside area is truly the highlight of Villa Jana with a private pool, lots of greenery, plenty of space to relax on the terrace, and a charcoal barbecue. The pool area invites you to relax, cool off, and sunbathe on one of the sun loungers. The interior of the villa features a nice living room with a view of the pool and garden, as well as a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers guests 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which have a double-sized bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms and one additional toilet are also at guests’ disposal. So if you want to experience nature in comfort and privacy, far away from the city rush this is the right villa for you!.

Villa Jana is located not far from Rovinj, a coastal town, but also close to the little town of Kanfanar. Vineyards and olive groves thrive in this region with its mild Mediterranean weather, and the town's and surrounding towns' historic architecture has been carefully maintained. In addition to its rich historical and cultural heritage, Kanfanar and the surrounding region are famous for their superb and authentic Istrian cuisine. The closest larger town, Rovinj, will charm you with its old streets and welcoming Mediterranean ambiance. One of Istria's most stunning examples of Baroque architecture may be seen in the main Church of St. Euphemia, which also houses the saint's remains. The vast sea and numerous islets from the church plateau may be seen in great detail.
