My Istria is a locally based travel agency owned by the company Meus d.o.o.. We are specialised in renting quality private villas with pools. Our philosophy is to ensure that our guests have a completely relaxing holiday.

Step 1
After choosing your villa, select your dates and the duration of your stay on the booking calendar. You will be able to select only available periods and they will be marked green after you select them in the calendar. Review your entry and click on "Book".
Step 2
The details of your booking - review your selection. You can also review the general rental terms and conditions by clicking on the appropriate link.
Enter your personal contact information and the number of adults, children and infants in your party.
If you have infants in your party, baby cots and high chairs will be provided on demand up to the number stated on the villa’s homepage. 
If the property allows pets, please enter the number of pets in the “Add your message” field. One well behaved pet is welcome free of charge in all pet-friendly villas. If you intend to bring more than one pet, you must contact us before the booking for additional approval. Without written permission, the accommodation of more than one pet in a villa is not allowed. Additional charges for extra pets (if allowed) may incur an additional charge.
Youth groups must inform us at the time of booking that they are a youth group. We consider a youth group to be at least 4 persons who are predominantly under 25 years of age. Please note that some villas do not allow youth groups. Additional security conditions for youth groups may apply.

You may also add a message if you have any requests or further questions.
Step 3
Review all the details of your booking and select your payment method.
To secure your reservation, we require a 25% downpayment.

We may charge a booking fee for our services. You will be notified if a booking fee applies (and the amount) before you complete your booking.
You may have to pay a damage deposit. You will be notified if a damage deposit applies (and the amount) before you complete your booking.
If required, any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.
For the 25% down payment, please select one of the following payment methods:
1) Credit card payment: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Discover cards are accepted (due on booking)
2) PayPal payments are accepted. (due on booking)
3) Bank transfers are accepted. (due within 2 days)
Please note that, if you use your credit card or PayPal for the downpayment, your booking is instantly secured and you will receive a confirmation on the website and by email.
If you have selected bank transfer for the down payment you will receive an email with all the details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. To finalise the reservation, you are required to follow the instructions in the email and confirm your reservation. After that, you will receive the payment details. You are required to make the payment in the next days so that we receive it in 2 working days. If we are missing the down payment after that period, you will be contacted and your reservation can be canceled. Bank transfers may not be possible if your arrival date is in 15 days or less.
For bookings made 55 days or less prior to guest arrival, the guest must pay the full amount during the booking procedure. The payment deadline for bank transfers is 1 day.
All the rates are stated inclusive of VAT and include tourist tax for all the members of your party.

PAYMENT ON OUR WEBSITE IS SECURE! takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Braintree to securely handle credit card information. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.

The amount that will be charged on your foreign credit card is in Euros (EUR). If you have a different currency on your credit card, a conversion to Euros will be made by your credit card company. As a result of this conversion it is possible to have small deviations between the price shown on our web site and the one charged on your credit card. My Istria can not be held responsible for any difference in price resulted by currency conversion.

Step 4


Once the online payment is performed, you will receive a confirmation of the payment to your e-mail address. You can use this confirmation as a voucher when registering in the villa.
