Lovely villa on large 23 000 m2 property near Pula

This beautiful holiday Villa (built year 2013) is immersed in green nature. Located at the end of a small village of Filipana in the south of Istria, a Mediterranean peninsula.
The villa offers you a luxurious accommodation experience with high level of privacy. The villa’s natural building materials and illumination system was carefully designed to provide the most comfort and pleasurable experience in any moment. Kitchen, toilette, a twin bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, dining area and living room are situated on the ground floor with a lovely view on the pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms accompanied with two bathrooms. The property is located on extended grounds with substantial olive growth, grasslands and forest which offer unique atmosphere and complete privacy for our guests on over 22 900 square meters. Area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs, made from natural materials. The villa is ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation.

This beautiful holiday house is located in the small village Filipana, on the south side of Istrian peninsula. Location of the Villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major peninsula cities. Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 18 kilometres away from the Villa is world famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world. Beside cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, well known in this part of the Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine. Istrian peninsula is also a home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana, just 16 kilometres away from the Villa. Car is recommended.

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (5-10 Jahre), verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem schönen Zuhause. Wir mieten uns jedes Jahr ein Haus in Italien oder Kroatien. Dieses Haus war bislang das Beste: - Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, viel mehr als man braucht. - In jedem noch so kleinem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. - Bäder bis hoch gefliest - die Vermieter sprechen perfekt Englisch und sind via Telefon/WhatsAPP jederzeit erreichbar - Die Zimmer sind realistisch Fotografiert, dass haben wir in anderen Häusern schon anders erlebt - kein Hund in der Nachbarschaft bellt (Haben wir auch schon gehabt) - Salzwasserpool wird sauber gemacht - Alarmanlage ist vorhanden, wenn man diese beim Verlassen des Hauses anschalten möchte - Safe ist verfügbar - Rasenroboter fährt in der Nacht - Insektenschutzgitter an jedem Fenster - Verdunklung mittels Außenjalousie (Hat man auch nicht immer) - Induktionsherd - 2 Kühlschränke mit 2 mal Frost, wenn mal wieder mehr Getränke gekühlt werden sollen Von meiner Seite her, eine klare Empfehlung....
Wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, 4 und 6) verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa Oliveta und kommen garantiert nächstes Jahr wieder! Haus und Garten sind wunderschön und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und alles ist perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Küche und Badezimmer sind komplett ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder! Ein besonders Highlight für die Kleinen war das Gartenhäuschen. Das Haus bietet locker Platz für zwei Familien. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Stadt Pula liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ingrid und Verdjan sind äußerst zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir können die Villa Oliveta wirklich nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!! ♥
