Villa Anamia is just a short walk away from the nearest beach in Kostrena, a beautiful coastal place with long sea promenades and pebble beaches. The villa is set on an 890 m2 large plot, surrounded by lush greenery and benefiting from a fabulous sea view that you can enjoy even while lazing on the sun loungers or freshening up in the private pool.
A charcoal barbecue is at disposal, as well as an outdoor dining area, but also plenty of space inside, as the villa has two kitchens, a fully equipped one and a smaller one in the so-called traditional "konoba" with a large dining table, fireplace and direct access to the pool area.
Entering the house is getting you to the spacious living room with access to the covered terrace. On the same floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, an office room, and a separate toilet.
The 4 cosy bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 persons. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms are spread over the upper floor. Two of those have access to the lovely terrace overlooking the Kvarner bay, while one-bedroom is set on the lower ground floor, having access to the pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and its garden is completely enclosed, offering 4 private parking spaces of which two are in a garage. The biggest benefits of the villa are its marvellous location and proximity to beaches, the private pool and the gorgeous garden where you can unwind, and enjoy the scents of the Mediterrane.
Beautiful Villa Anamia is located just a short drive away from the centre of Rijeka, in Kostrena, an old popular seaside town. Kostrena is known for its beautiful beaches, clear seawater and a 3 km long promenade along the coast with restaurants and bars. The first beaches are in walking distance from the villa. You can enjoy scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing as well as cycling and jogging. Archaeological sites on the highest hills over Kostrena can also be found from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The beautiful island of Krk can be reached in an approx. half-hour drive as well as the mountains Ucka, Platak, and Gorski Kotar.
Top Ferien-Villa mit bezaubernden Meerblick und sehr gemütlichen Ambiente. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, kommunikativ und immer ansprechbar.
Sehr schöner Garten und Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Nur 5 Fußminuten von der wohl schönsten Steilküste entfernt, mit dem noch reellen Hrvatska-Livestyle, mit überwiegend Einheimischen am Strand. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!
