Villa Roberta is a charming villa with pool, built in 2020 and located right next to the sea. For the ultimate vacation in this villa, wake up to the sounds and the view of the sea.
The beautifully furnished villa offers everything needed for the vacation of a group of max. 8+1 people. The interior and exterior of this villa are connected by large glass doors that divide the terrace and the open floor plan of the ground floor. There you have a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals at your disposal and high chairs around the cooking island as a perfect breakfast place, with the dining room the extension. Downstairs there is also a modern living room with a fireplace, that will create a special atmosphere during film nights. Of course, on summer days you can open up the glass doors and use the direct exit to the terrace with a barbecue and a large dining table, while the smell of fresh sea air fills the house. In continuation of the terrace, you will find the private pool and deckchairs.
The neutral and harmonious furnishing of this villa also extends upstairs, where you will find four modern and spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The separation of bedrooms from other rooms on a separate floor offers you even more privacy and comfort.
However, additional facilities are not forgotten in this comprehensive villa. Try your hand at bocce or billiards with your companions. For fans of video games, there is also a game room on the ground floor and for athletes - swimming is always an option either in the pool or in the sea. A free private boat mooring is available in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
The location of Villa Roberta is simply perfect. It is located directly by the sea in the small municipality of Turanj, not far from the tourist place of Sv. Filip i Jakov. Villa Roberta will take your breath away with a view of the island of love Galesnjak. The beach is only 5 metres away from the villa, where you can sunbathe and swim. Restaurants, cafes and shops are located near the villa and within walking distance. Visit the tourist town of Zadar, which is a short drive from Villa Roberta. Zadar is a beautiful coastal town, with impressive historical buildings such as the Church of St. Donat and the Old Town of Zadar. Today it is known for the most beautiful sunset on the Mediterranean, the sounds of the sea organ and the modern installation "Greetings to the Sun". For all nature lovers, not far from the villa there is the Vransko jezero Nature Park, a nature reserve and a great habitat for many birds and other animals. Must-see destinations are the numerous islands of the Zadar archipelago and the Kornati National Park, which are special for their untouched nature, beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
Wir waren im August 2022 mit unseren vier Kindern hier. Es ist wirklich ein Traum. Jedes der vier Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Super ausgestattete Küche mit wirklich allem was man braucht. Alles neu und liebevoll eingerichtet. So gemacht als würden die Vermieter selbst drin wohnen. Alles klimatisiert. Toller Aussenbereich. Super Pool. Und ja es sind nur 5 m zum Strand. Man kann vom Haus aufpassen wenn die Kinder im Meer spielen. Tolles Wasser. Waren dauernd Schnorcheln und Fische schauen falls wir nicht gerade im Pool waren. Vermieter sprechen perfekt Deutsch und Englisch. Sind immer und schnell per WhatsApp erreichbar. Und wenn mal was ist (wir brauchten mehr Feuerholz weil dauernd gegrillt) ist „Opa“ innerhalb von 5 min zu Stelle. Für große Familien oder zwei Familien gemeinsam wirklich perfekt. Und … die schöne Stadt Biograd in 5 min und Zadar in 20 min erreichbar. Große, gute Supermärkte auch in 5 min. Einfach perfekt.
An dem Haus gibt es nicht zu meckern - super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und topmodern.
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 (fast) Teenagern vor Ort. Pool & Meer wunderbar, Grill, Klimatisierung, sogar ein Poolbillard sind vorhanden. An einem (leider) Regentag konnten wir die PlayStation nutzen. Mit den vorhanden Fahrrädern ist man ruckzuck beim Bäcker oder in einem Supermarkt und das entlang der Promenade am Meer. Ein sehr gutes Lokal ist fußläufig erreichbar, Wir wollen gleich im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen! Danke an die Gastgeber Denis und

We have spent a very pleasant vacation for a week as 3 families, 6 adults and 3 children. Villa Roberta is especially very convenient for families with small kids. There is nice swimming pool in front of the villa, which is frequently checked and cleaned during our stay and also with very good hygienic conditions. All day the kids played in swimming pool. The building and all equipment inside is new. and also well chosen with good quality and aesthetic pleasure. The rooms are big and well equipped with all you need during your stay. In the kitchen and barbecue area all the equipment to cook, serve, grill, clean etc. are available. The sea is just 10 meters far away from the villa. There is a small pebble beach and some pebble area in the water. Enough for the kids to play in the sea. Sea was calm water and also clean. It was very nice for me to swim inside. The house owners Roberta and Denis are very nice. They were always ready to support your questions and help you for any topic. They also offered us very nice local tasty drinks, some of them are handmade. We have nothing to complain and we fully recommend Villa Roberta with 5-star rating.
Wir (3 Familien, 9 Personen) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Roberta verbracht. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet (individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage in allen Räumen) und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, ein echter Luxus! Besonders toll fanden wir den großen Esstisch im Wohn-/Essbereich. Von dort kann man nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick auf Pool und Meer genießen, sondern auch toll Poolbillard spielen - denn der Esstisch lässt sich in einen Billardtisch verwandeln - eine wirklich großartige Idee!
Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns aber im Garten aufgehalten. Der Rasen ist top gepflegt und der Pool wird 2-mal die Woche gewartet und ist somit immer im perfekten Zustand. Außerdem ist das Meer direkt vor der Haustür, was will man mehr?
Abschließend möchten wir noch den tollen Service durch die Gastgeber betonen. Man hat gespürt, dass es ihnen ein wirkliches Anliegen ist, dass uns an nichts fehlt und wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub genießen können. Danke dafür!
Wir können die Villa Robert absolut weiterempfehlen und wünschen allen zukünftigen Gästen einen genauso tollen Urlaub, wie wir ihn dort verbringen durften!

Stunning place if you are a family or two with small children. Located in a north-end part of Turanj, just outside of Sv. Filip i Jakov it offers peaceful quiet place for those who doesn't look for crowded "Ibiza style" party vacation. We (two families of 7 persons in total) spent a week in summer of 2021 and were absolutely delighted. Having small children you will value the privacy and comfort of well maintained garden with nice pool (perfectly clean - cleaning service that you won't even notice twice a week), outside kitchen under pergola big enough to spend all of the time there. Nice grill, which is fun to use for any kind of food starting with pancakes for breakfast and finishing with grilled ananas after the dinner. All this literally few steps from the sea. I won't describe the facilities as they are perfect and everything is on the pictures. We didn't miss anything at all. The owners, Roberta and Denis themselves, give you a tour and are always ready to sort out anything you need. Five stars place that I can nothing but recommend!
We have spent a pleasant vacation in Villa Roberta during September 2020 and were happy about our choice. We can only recommend to rent this house.
The house is situated just a few meters from the beach with beautiful views of the sea and islands. The location is relatively quiet and offers many opportunities for trips.
The house is very well equipped, the hosts thought of everything and the equipment is really above standard (well-equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, bicycles, billiards, petanque court, Playstation ...).
We’d like to highlight especially the hosts, who are very friendly, hospitable and took great care of us.

Villa nur zu empfehlen. Waren mit 10 Jungs einen gemütlichen Urlaub machen. Alles sehr gut. Alle Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Auch ein gemütlicherAbend im Haus ist möglich (Netflix,PlayStation). Auch im Gartenbereich ist alles super, sehr gepflegter Rasen und sehr schöner Platz zum Sonnen. Perfekt ist auch die kurze Entfernung zum Strand (5 Meter). Allgemein eine sehr ruhige Lage und wie gesagt nur zu empfehlen. Die Besitzer sind auch extrem Gastfreundlich und sehr nett, kümmern sich sehr sorgfältig um ihre Gäste. 5 Sterne!
Diese Villa können wir nur empfehlen wir waren in dieser Villa vom 25.7-01..08.2020, das war der beste Urlaub echt alles top. Die Zimmer sind sehr praktisch eingerichtet und bieten viel Komfort. Der pool stets super für eine Abkühlung. Das beste vor allem die Lage der Ville das Meer ist wirklich in nicht mal eine Minute erreichbar. Der tolle blick unbezahlbar. Die Besitzer Denis und Roberta sehr gastfreundlich und man sieht sie haben ihr Herzblut in der Villa eingesteckt. Wir war zu 6 und jeder einzelne von uns wollte es um eine weitere Woche verlänger aber leider aar sas nicht mehr möglich ☹️Nicht desto trotz wir werden bestimmt wieder hin gehe . Zum Schluss als danke schön haben ihre 2 Töchter noch cookies gegeben super Geste sind sehr gut angekommen.
