As soon as you enter Villa Emma Pag, you become aware that you don't have to travel far to discover true beauty. This holiday home with private pool is in a great location and can accommodate up to 14 people in four separate flats. It is ideal for families or larger travel groups who appreciate the privacy of separate flats while staying in one house.
On the ground floor is the impressive open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen and a bathroom. A majestic sea view, the high-quality and stylish interior and a beautiful modern fireplace create a relaxing yet luxurious atmosphere that invites you to linger. The professionally equipped kitchen offers guests the opportunity to express their cooking skills and recreate the recipes from the region. The ground floor opens onto the spacious terrace with a cosy lounge area, an outdoor dining area and an inviting Jacuzzi with a magnificent sea view and beautiful views of the historic town of Pag and the Velebit mountains in the distance.
A short stairway leads down to the second terrace with the spacious pool area. There you will find another lounge area, a play area with a little house and slide, table tennis, numerous sun loungers, a large charcoal barbecue and of course the private pool with hydro massage, a cascade, a slide and a shallow pool area suitable for children.
On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a magnificent view. Who wouldn't want to wake up to an enchanting sea view from the bed? This room also has a terrace where you can welcome the day with a cup of coffee. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom and an in-house sauna complete the first floor. On the lower ground floor there are three separate flats, each with a lounge area, a kitchen with dining area, a flat screen TV and direct access to the lower terrace.Two flats each have a double bedroom and bathroom. The third flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms.

It is widely known for 4 things: the exquisite cheese - Paski sir, the best lamb meat - Paska janjetina (both due to the sheep’s diet consisting of grass and wild herb with a high concentration of salt), the historic salt works and the Pag lace (listed as the intangible cultural heritage of UNESCO). The wide variety of wild and tourist beaches offer all kinds of water fun and sports, while the inland is perfect for cycling, hiking and free climbing. The historic town of Pag, where Villa Emma Pag is located, boasts beautiful cultural monuments and several exquisite restaurants. Your stay in the town of Pag is an opportunity for excursions to some of the largest Croatian national parks located nearby. The Kornati National Park is an archipelago of small islands and reefs of breathtaking beauty. On the mainland, but not too far away, are the famous Plitvice Lakes. There are also the Krka National Park, the National Park Paklenica and Northern Velebit National Park, and on the island of Pag there are two ornithological reserves Velo and Malo Blato.
