The location only adds to the value of the villa, as it is very close to the sea. A lovely, refreshing pool is the focal point of the outdoor area, so you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. The olive trees in the garden give the property a Mediterranean charm. The villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard to offer its guests a luxurious holiday.
The ground floor is laid out as a large open plan light-filled space and consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, which is connected to the dining and living area, and a separate WC. A real eye-catcher is definitely the special installation of acacia tree roots decorating one wall in the living area. The terrace with dining table and seating area is accessible from the inner living area and is an ideal place to spend time with your family or friends. On the terrace there is a large pergola which is fully electrically operated. A barbecue is also available to show off your grilling skills and indulge your loved ones. 3 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Bedroom no. 2 has an ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet and wc. Bedroom No. 3 and No. 4. share a bathroom with shower and bath, as well as a separate wc with bidet. From bedroom no. 3 you can enjoy the sea view. Bedroom no. 4 has a private balcony. There is also an open children's corner and a laundry room on this floor. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with private terrace and sea view. The room has a small kitchen, a private bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a double bed, a television and air conditioning. The garage with parking space for 1 car can be accessed directly from the house. There are 3 more private parking spaces outside. Villa Acacia is the ideal place for a perfect holiday!
For an extra charge, the owner offers on request a full concierge service. Private chef, wine tasting, boat hire, boat trips with pick up at the beach 40m from the villa, fishing trips, full fridge on arrival, etc. Please contact us in time about this.
Pool heating and cooling available on request free of charge from April to October (weather related temperature). Pool towels are provided. Parking for 3 cars. 1 garage parking space.

Villa Acacia is situated in Petrčane in an excellent location. The nearest beach is only 40 m from the villa, bars and cafes are also nearby. There is a town beach with many attractions 400 m from the villa, ideal for children. Really picturesque in this former fishing village is the beautiful waterfront promenade. The highlight, however, are the wonderful beaches and bays of Petrcane, which make a beach holiday in Croatia absolutely perfect. The city of Zadar is only 12 km away from the villa. Zadar is an ancient city in the centre of the Croatian Adriatic with a diverse historical and cultural heritage: Roman ruins, medieval churches, museums, etc. Nowadays Zadar is famous for the sea organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greetings to the sun). Walk along the coast and enjoy an ice cream and at the same time the most beautiful sunset on the Mediterranean. If you want to try real Dalmatian specialities, be sure to visit the restaurants in the city centre. As an idea for a day trip, we would recommend the national and nature parks, such as Krka waterfalls, Kornati islands, Plitvice lakes, Vransko jezero, Telascica and Paklenica, which will undoubtedly take your breath away.

Property damage security: A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
