Beautiful villa with private pool near Trogir

Eine super Villa mit einem mega Ausblick auf die Konaties und das Meer. Nicht zu übertreffen;) Hat alles einwandfrei geklappt.

Our family stayed at Villa Valentina for 10 days in late May 2022. We all had a great time. The villa is on high ground with the sea a short walk away. The villa is very well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. It has magnificent views, so sitting in the garden or by the pool and gazing out to sea is a wonderful experience. Our grandchildren were particularly excited to see pods of Dolphins. With a hire car, the main tourist spots are easily reached. Trogir and Split are obviously the most popular tourist spots, but it would be a big mistake to overlook visiting quieter Sibenik. Josip and his wife are marvelous, considerate and generous hosts. Communicating was never a problem. Also their daughter Valentina speaks English and is on hand to contact and translate should you need to. She was most helpful giving us tips to make our visit even more enjoyable. Their friendliness, kindness and hospitality was exceptional and made our stay even more special. All the reviews we have seen are glowing in their praise. Believe them. This is a very special location for a holiday in a great country. Don’t hesitate. Book it!

Es war wunderbar nette Leute traumhafter Blick schöne Villa alle im Ort hilfsbereit einfach toll der Hausbesitzer hat auch nach unserer Frage ein Toaster besorgt es war sehr schön mfg Familie Assenmacher und Cremer

We had an amazing time. A lovely well equipped villa with stunning views as on a peninsula with sea close on all three sides and surrounded by islands. The owner of the villa, Josef, is a real gent. He doesn't speak English (& nor should he) and none of us speaks Croat but he managed to explain everything and a real charmer!! As others have stated he cooked us a mixture of meat and fish in the BBQ one afternoon which was lovely. I'd say you need to be a fairly confident driver to get up to the villa as steep approaches. A short walk to get down to the sea and place to swim but again need to be fairly sure footed. Bread man came every morning (you need to listen out for his van and honk of horn) with selection of breads /pastries. Local supermarket was very limited but I think we were at end of season. Pool area lovely and not over looked. A couple of places in walking distance to eat but were glad of car too. If you're looking for night life/bars etc not the place for you. We weren't and it was lovely and would love to go back. Thank you Josef!!!

Wir waren mit acht Personen in der Villa und waren begeistert. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Josip der Vermieter ist super nett und hat den Google Translator fest im Griff :-). Er hat für uns eine Fleisch- und Fischplatte gegrillt, die einfach nur fantastisch war. Wir hatten ein 7m Boot gemietet, welches wir problemlos an die vorhandene Boje am 100 m entfernten Strand festmachen konnten. Dort befindet sich auch ein Kajak.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Valentina. Sehr schöne Lage mit Meerblick, all die schönen Orte sind rasch erreichbar, Flughafen Split auch unkompliziert und rasch (28 km) erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber mit gutem Service!

Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Tolle Lage mit super Aussicht. Alles sauber und vorhanden. Gastgeber ganz lieb und nett. Er hat sogar für uns leckeren Fisch und Fleisch gegrillt. Einfach ein erholsamer Urlaub. Henry und Veronika

My Family had a wonderful stay at Villa Valentina for 2 weeks this Summer. When i arrived the Villa was immaculate and was greated by our host Josip. Josips hospitality was fantastic, we could approach him with any questions or issues. Although he does not speak English, we were able to communicate through the powers of Google. Plus his lovely daughter Valentina was a phone call away with perfect English. She even drove from Split to briefly meet us and ensure that everything was alright with our stay. The Villa really has stunning panoramic views and you have general amenities within walking distance. For more night-life or restaurant choices you do need to drive a short distance, however we mainly opted for enjoying the evenings on the various Terraces and by the pool. The general area is not very developed, with large areas having no development - you have a sense of other Mediterranean locations many decades ago. The waters around the villa are easily accessible and crystal clear, certainly picture-postcard stuff. Villa Valentina was the perfect choice for a family vacation.

Myself and my husband stayed in Villa Valentine from the 23rd to the 30th of Sept 2018, its a huge villa large enough for at least 3 couples, but we own a restaurant and work hundreds of hours, so we took the whole place for ourselves to have peace, quite, tranquility and privacy. We could not have done better. Villa Valentina is gorgeous, clean, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We did not turn on the television once the whole week, preferring to lose ourselves in the 360 stunning views. Walks around the villa down to the beach and all around the island were perfect. The area is very natural and unspoiled. Josip and his wife Slavica are very gracious hosts and although there is a language barrier - we somehow found how to communicate with hand gestures, little bits of german and english and their daughter Valentina was only a phone call or a what's up message away with perfect British English. On our second night, when we were having dinner on the terrace - Josip handed in a plate of apple streudel that no doubt Slavica had made and on Wednesday he grilled us the most delicious bbq of fish and meat. We had forgotten to buy potatoes, and the local shop closed at 2pm that day, Josip came around the corner holding a substantial amount of potatoes, from his own garden and refused for us to replace them. We were also curious to try the sourdough bread from a bakery in Split, but did not feel like venturing there, Josip so kindly bought some on one of his foray's to the city and brought it back for us. This is the kind of genteel hospitality you will experience and you can tell it comes from the heart to make his guests feel welcome and at home. The pool, the terraces allow a huge amount of privacy, yet are large and inviting if you are a larger group. The surrounding area is beautiful, we particularly loved Primosten and Rogoznica where you can enjoy a beautiful lunch or dinner and also purchase any groceries you may need for your stay at Villa Valentina. We ate dinner 3 times in Buffet Toni, a simple but lovely little restaurant a 10 min walk away, and also enjoyed lunch in Lanterna, which is expensive for what they serve, but you are paying for the location and the views and we felt it was totally worth it. We are already planning our next visit to Villa Valentina. The big question whether to bring a couple of friends to discover this little paradise, or keep the secret and this gem all to ourselves again. Beautiful house. Amazing hosts. Gorgeous views. Lovely area.. This pretty much sums up our wonderful holiday! The house is as perfect as it looks on the photos, with glorious views to sea and spotlessly clean. Family Koljanin are the best hosts you could wish for. They really made our stay very special. We just wished that we spoke Croatian! The area is extremely unspoilt but you do need a car and some of the lanes are very narrow, There is so much to see in the area yet it’s difficult to drag yourself from the lovely beach and sea area. If you don’t want to cook then there’s a simple but good restaurant in the village, as well as a little beach bar. Thanks Team Koljanin for a fabulous holiday and looking after us so well. We can’t wait to return.

I'm not sure where to start but this is an awesome place. the drive from Split to Sevid is very simple and although the villa is at the top of a hill, it's well worth the journey. Being where it is you command the best views on the peninsular with a simple walk to the sea. and you also have your won private bathing area.The house is clean, very well equipped and fully deserves the rating it gets. Each room has a balcony and the air conditioning is a blessing. Its easy to lose yourselves in the house and plenty of privacy if you want it. Josip the owner lives near by and is always on hand if you need any help. He also cooks a mean mixed grill.The kitchen has everything you need and more and we spent many evenings cooking and using the facilities. The pool is fantastic and has a resistance/current system so you can swim at your hearts content. There is plenty of space for parking but make sure you are a good walker as the hills are steep. The beds are very comfortable and with 4 bathrooms plenty to serve everyone. There is a single shop in Sevid which serves all your needs and a local bar called Toni's which although simple does the best Pizza around. The Lantern is a longer walk and although expensive is located in a superb spot for an evening meal. I can highly recommend the house and will definitely be looking to book again.

Wer einen Urlaub in Ruhe sucht um seinen Akku von Altagsstress aufladen zu können ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa auf der Spitze der Landzunge ist ein Traum. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die zwei Bäder im Erdgeschoss bieten genug Platz für für seine Gäste und auch die, die im Obergeschoss den Urlaub verbringen verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit top Ausstattung. Auch zu 6 hatten wir die Möglichkeit auf den schönen Terrassen uns mal ein paar Minuten alleine zu entspannen um den Blick über das Meer zu genießen. Das Highlight zum sehr sauberen und gepflegten Haus wie auch der Anlage ist der Vermieter Josip. Er lebt mit auf dem Gelände in einem art Poolhaus und ist immer für einen da. Er hilft wo er kann und ist ein Familenmensch der sich über seine Gäste freut. Ein Gaumenschmaus war seine gerillten Fische. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen für alle die entspannen möchten und einen schönen Urlaub mit Freunden und/oder der Familie verbringen möchten. Wir kommen wieder! The villa on top of a little is a dream. The house lacks nothing. The kitchen is well equipped, the two bathrooms on the ground floor offer enough space for his guests and also those who spend the holidays upstairs have their own bathroom with top equipment. There are enought place to relax alone to enjoy the view over the sea. The highlight of the very clean and well-kept house as well as the area is the owner Josip. He lives on the grounds in a kind of pool house and is always there for you. He helps where he can and is a family man who is happy about his guests. A culinary delight was its grooved fish. We can only recommend the house for those who want to relax and spend a nice holiday with friends and / or family. We will be back! Period: 1st half of June 2017 Assessment: The Villa Valentina is a beautiful property that is located at the far top of a peninsula belonging to the village of Sevid. The views that this house provides (almost 360 degrees) are breathtaking and reach to the remote islands of Vis and Biševo. The terrace, the garden, the pool, the balconies - all portray the image of tbe Mediterranean at its best. The house is very comfortable and offers all you require for a comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and very well-maintained. The Sea is only a few steps away and begs you to jump into crystal blue water - some of the cleanest in the entire Adriatic. And the best thing: The owner Mr. Koljanin is one of the friendliest and most forthcoming hosts you can imagine. He is absolutely fantastic and the perfect ambassador for Croatian hospitality. To whom I recommend a trip to this brilliant house: All those who want peace on earth at a stunning location at a wonderful place - far from noise and massive crowds. Whether you are a family or a group of friends who want to chill out, it does not matter. You will enjoy it!!

Die Villa besticht durch die einmalige Panoramalage auf der Halbinsel Sevid. Der Ausblick in alle Richtungen ist phantastisch. Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und nicht für alle Autos geeignet. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ort sind sehr beschränkt, der nächste grössere Supermarkt ist gut 10km entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Wir wurden sogar zu grilliertem Fisch eingeladen. Wir können die Villa Valentina gerne weiter empfehlen!

Ein schöner Urlaub, das Wetter, die Landschaft, die netten Menschen, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, das hervorragende Essen und Trinken. Und eine gute Herberge. Ein schöner Urlaub.

La Villa Valentina est parfaitement conforme a sa description et aussi belle que sur les photos du site web de Myistria.com. Nous étions 2 couples d’amis et sa disposition sur 2 étages nous a offert une parfaite intimité. La maison est tres bien équipée, nous avons manqué de rien pour la préparation de nos repas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses terrasses pour nos repas a l’extérieur et l’environnement autour de la piscine nous invitait a faire la «farniente» dans une atmosphere calme et relaxante. Impossible de commenter la villa Valentina sans mentionner la gentillesse, l’amabilité et la grande disponibilité du propriétaire Monsieur. Josip Koljanin. Un merci spécial a Monsieur Koljanin pour le bon repas sur le BBQ ainsi que ses merveilleuses crepes. We enjoyed the many terraces for our meals outside and the environment around the pool invited us to the «idleness» in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Can not comment on the Villa Valentina without mentioning the kindness, the friendliness and the total availability of the owner Mr. Josip Koljanin. Amazing holiday and a beautiful villa with stunning views of the sea, great for swimming. Josip and his wife and daughter were brilliant and extremely helpful in making our stay at the villa special and in providing information on Sevid and the surrounding towns. All meals out were exceptional and in wonderful locations. Special thanks to Josip for the delicious barbecue he made on one of our nights at the villa. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful holidays in a beautiful house with a breathtaking view of the archipelago - house is new and clean, spacious, well equipped, with perfectly located terraces, so you can fully enjoy in the view of clear blue sea and nearby islands. Being in the garden or at the pool, you have complete privacy and peace. Private beach is within walking distance with installed shade. Owners (Mr and Mrs Koljanin) are very helpful and friendly. Should you want to explore surroundings (Trogir, Split, Rogoznica, Primošten, Krka waterfalls) which is highly recommended, have in mind it would be good to have a car available.

We spent two very relaxing weeks at Villa Valentina. The Villa itself was amazing and was providing everything we needed. The house is located in the very best place on the peninsula of Sevid and offers an incredible 270° sight to the sea. Josip was a lovely and very helpful host. The pool and garden were beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was wonderful to escape the crowds and retreat back to the Villa after having visited the larger tourist destinations such as the National Park Krka, Trogir or Split. We thoroughly recommend Villa Valentina for all those who are looking for luxury, peace and quiet.

Very nice villa with a brethtaking panoramic view, kind and friendly owner, everything was excellent, clean and comfortable. Has also its own private beach and lovely local taverna within a walking distance.
