Lovely modern villa with pool near Split

Villa Casa Rotondo is a modern villa in Central Dalmatia, which is orientated towards a relaxing family holiday. The interior of the villa Casa Rotondo has a modern style and design, with light-flooded bright common areas.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living /dining room are situated on the ground floor. There is also one double bedroom and a bathroom, for your convenience. From the ground floor you have direct access to the cosy covered large terrace. The upper floor accommodates a total of 4 bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are placed in two separate units, of which each consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small but functionally equipped kitchen. The view from the balconies spreads over the inviting pool and carefully tended garden. The garden also has a designated children´s play area, where the younger guests can enjoy their time. The barbeque and outside dining area invite for family diners, enjoying prepared local dishes. Villa Casa Rotondo is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.
