Beautiful family villa with pool near Sibenik

Villa Mary combines the characteristics of the Dalmatian hinterland with its appearance and environment. The stone exterior, which is also reflected in the interior decoration, wooden beams on the ceilings and wooden details of the furniture exude Dalmatian charm, but all the conveniences for a modern lifestyle are, of course, at hand.
This one-story house is an excellent choice for families with children, with easy access to all rooms. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen allows direct access to the beautiful outdoor terrace. The four spacious bedrooms, bathrooms in each room and amenities in the form of air conditioning and TV ensure your privacy and comfort for optimal rest. Spend your days in the pool surrounded by olive trees and the scent of lavender for the necessary cooling down in the summer heat or with a drink on the many deckchairs around the pool. Even your little ones have no shortage of activities by the pool, but also with the swings in the garden that have been set up especially for them. Start your days with a morning coffee and round them off with a dinner on the outdoor terrace with a wonderful view of the garden.

The Dalmatian hinterland, especially the area around Šibenik, is known for its beautiful nature, excellent climate and delicious cuisine. Just a short drive from the villa you will find mountains, beautiful waterfalls in the Krka National Park and the sunny Croatian coast. If you like exploring, we would recommend that you visit the city of Šibenik, which is known for its rich cultural heritage. The sights that stand out in particular are the Cathedral of St. James and St Nicholas' Fortress, which are included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage. The villa is also located near the canyon of the Čikola river, where you can go hiking or those looking for adrenaline can try the Zip Line there and experience the region from a bird's eye view.

Wir waren vom 14.08.-28.08.2021 in dem Haus und hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub. Der Verwalter, die Putzhilfen etc. waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht abseits, aber von uns bewusst gewählt. 30 Minuten bis Šibenik und Skradin (Eingang Krka Wasserfälle), max. 1,5 Stunden bis Sukosan bzw. Zadar. Leider hatte das Haus (Bj. 2018) schon diverse Mängel/Beschädigungen, die wir an den Verwalter weitergegeben haben. Nach unser Meinung stimmte hier der Preis einfach nicht!
Superschönes, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, sehr unklomplizierter Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen
