The main stairs of the villa lead you to the first floor, which offers you a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The most beautiful part of the villa is definitely the exterior that will not leave you indifferent. At your disposal is a large and spacious pool surrounded by sun loungers - an ideal place to socialize and enjoy with the whole family. Shaded dining and barbecue area are also at your disposal. The village of Cabrunici sits in the southern area of Central Istria, in the municipality of Svetvincenat. It has access to the highway to Pula via an old local road which makes it an extremely peaceful and noise-free place with no excessive traffic from which it will take you about twenty minutes to get to any sports, tourist and cultural facility in the area. The area of the present day village was inhabited as early as the Ancient times, while the settlement as we know it today was established in the 16th century by the refugees fleeing Dalmatia in attempt to escape the Osmanli. Approximately one hundred and twenty of the people in the village decided to follow their ancestor’s footsteps in pursuing the traditional trades of olive and grapes growing, and breeding small cattle, all of which contributed in developing the region’s irresistible gastronomy – truffles, fuži (traditional Istrian pasta), pršut (smoked ham), goat cheese or maneštra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) seasoned with home-made olive oil and accompanied with renowned Croatian Malvasia or Pinot.

Wir waren im Juni 2022 dort. Angekommen wurden wir mega freundlich empfangen. Ein Obstkorb und selbst gebrannter Schnaps stand zu Verfügung. Die Villa war super sauber, der Pool groß und sehr schön. Bilder entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. In Fußweite kann Wein, Olivenöl und Schnaps gekauft werden, perfekt. Die überdachte Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank und Feuerstelle war unser Highlight, dadurch sind wir nie im Haus gesessen. Fahrräder standen auch zur Verfügung, eine kleine Tour durch das umliegende Hinterland haben wir unternommen, auch ein schönes Highlight. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen!
Wir haben im August zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht. Herzlich wurden wir von der Gastgeberin am Anreisetag empfangen. Eine riesen Obstschale , Wein und ein Willkommenstrunk standen schon bereit. Bereits vorab hatten wir einen sehr herzlichen Kontakt, alle Wünsche und Fragen wurden uns erfüllt. Lieben Dank noch einmal dafür! Die Villa selbst ist ein Träumchen ; groß, geräumig, sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist riesig und die Terrasse rundum, bot genug Platz und Liegen für alle. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, einzig zwei Nachbarn, die wir aber aufgrund des großen Grundstücks kaum wahrgenommen haben. Für wunderbare Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund, Walking Runden oder einem Fahrradtrip ist die Villa optimal gelegen. Begeistert waren wir vom " Hausmeister", der uns, neben seiner eigentlichen Arbeit, sogar Geheimtipps für unsere Bootstour gab. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-).
