The ground floor of the villa is intended for living with a living room, kitchen, dining room and one bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and in the attic, there is a large entrance hall with extra beds, a bedroom and a bathroom. The stone villa LaMusica is located on the Istrian peninsula, between the cities Pula and Rovinj. Surrounded by the natural beauties of the Istrian landscape, it offers its guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding. Beaches such as Barbariga, Peroj and Fazana are located within a radius of 15km from the villa where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic sea and beautiful pebble and stone beaches. Istria is known for its specialities and wineries, so be sure to visit the local restaurants, the closest of which are located in the village Cukrici 1.7km from the villa, and be sure to visit other restaurants in Vodnjan, 8.7km from the villa. The first cafe and smaller shops are located in Jursici 2km from the villa. The Supermarket is located in Vodnjan 8.7km from the villa. If you travel by plane, Pula Airport is 22.5 km away from the villa.

Amazing spotless villa and great service. Really spacious, bright and clean, got everything you need
Eine wunderschöne Ferienvilla, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Wir waren mit 4 Personen da: 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (15 und 12 Jahre) und dazu ein Hund. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu haben. Man hat wirklich viel Platz und ein Bad auf jedem Stockwerk. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Werden die Unterkunft sicher im Bekanntenkreis weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko sind die Fahrräder, die draußen stehen und kaum zu gebrauchen sind (Bremsen quietschen furchtbar). Hatten wir aber auch nicht wirklich vor.
