In the villa's garden, you can also play billiards or table tennis with your friends. The interior of the villa has a pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor, where you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, you will be attracted by the enchanting stone walls, while wooden details contribute to the warmth of the space. The charming, fully equipped kitchen may encourage you to prepare some of the traditional Istrian specialities. Upstairs there are three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people with two beautiful bathrooms. The cosy bedrooms are also furnished in the style of an Istrian house, which brings to the traditional Istrian atmosphere. The villa is located in a small Istrian village Divsici in the municipality of Marcana near Pula. In this village, you will enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the Istrian landscape. The first beach is located only 14 kilometres from the villa, but there are also other wonderful beaches to enjoy along the coast. Only 30 minutes by car from the villa you can reach the historic town of Pula, where you must visit the Roman amphitheatre Pula, but also many other sights. Pula offers a variety of cultural and entertainment events, especially in the summer months. However, we recommend visiting other surrounding towns such as Vodnjan, Fazana or Galizana as well, where you can enjoy the culinary specialities of local restaurants and taverns. An indispensable part of a holiday in Istria is certainly a trip to the Brijuni National Park, but we also recommend visiting the northern part of Istria.

Wir waren mit unserem Hund in den letzten beiden Septemberwochen 2023 in der Villa Petric. Wir haben uns in der schönen und gepflegten Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool und der rundum von einer Mauer umgebene Garten (ideal für Hundebesitzer) befanden sich in einem TOP-Zustand. Der Gastgeber hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, noch ehe er richtig geäußert war. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und das ursprüngliche Istrien sucht, ist in dem kleinen Dorf Divsici und in dieser tollen Villa bestens aufgehoben. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Wir waren vom 10.-24.6.2023 mit vier Erwachsenen, einem Kind und zwei Hunden in der Villa Petric. Es war alles wunderbar und wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles passt. Pool wurde auch immer gereinigt, Wasser nachgefüllt und der Rasen gemäht. Handtücher für Pool und Bad waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist ganz mit einer Mauer umgeben und es gibt auch das hohe Einfahrtstor. So konnten auch keine fremden Hunde aufs Grundstück. Der Grill, die Tischtennisplatte und das Billard war eine weitere Bereicherung für uns. Die Wege nach Osten und Westen zum Meer waren auch sehr kurz (ca. 14 km). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Vodnjan (ca. 8 km) Wir können die Villa Petric sehr empfehlen ;-)))) Werner

Megaschöne Villa - innen und außen - und supernette Vermieter. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Auch Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeefilter, Gewürze, Holzkohle und Anzünder für den Grill und vieles mehr war schon vorhanden. Der Pool ist sauber und wurde von dem Vermieter auch alle paar Tage gesäubert. Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Hund. Das ganze Grundstück ist hoch umzäunt und von außen nicht einsehbar. Rund um das Dorf sind urige Wege perfekt für den morgentlichen Spaziergang. Pula, Medulin und auch Rovinj und das Meer sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Es ist wirklich das schönste Haus, dass wir bisher gemietet haben. Wir senden ganz liebe Grüße an die ganze Familie Petric .....irgendwann kommen wir wieder :) - Liebe Grüße von Familie Binder

Traumhafte Villa! Ein wunderschönes und uriges Häuschen in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunder wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Allein die Außenmauer wurde vom Gastgeber selbst errichtet und beweist seine Detailverliebtheit. Der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe, die überdachte Terrasse bietet die perfekte Sitzgelegenheit! Uns persönlich hat es super gefallen, dass das Grundstück so hoch eingezäunt und von keiner Seite einsehbar war. In einer Art „Nebenbungalow“ befindet sich ein Grill, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Billardtisch und eine Dartscheibe. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar! In 20 min sind Strände in allen Richtungen mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, etc befindet sich in der nächsten Stadt nach 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen!
