The attractive Villa Monteci is located near Pula, only 4 km from beautiful pebble beaches. The villa is a single-storey house and can accommodate a total of up to 8 people.

The interior is very light and airy due to the large windows. The open ground floor consists of a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 6 people. The villa has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Villa Monteci is located not far from Pula in the small village of Galizana. If you want to spend your holiday by the sea, beautiful pebble beaches are only 4 km away from the villa. We recommend you to visit the Brijuni National Park, a group of islands known for its unspoiled beaches, archaeological sites as well as a golf course and a zoo. To get to the national park, you can take a tourist boat from Fazana or rent a boat and discover the hidden coves and beaches of the Brijuni islands. After a pleasant day at the beach, visit the historical city of Pula, known for its best-preserved amphitheatre in Europe, as well as for its many narrow streets and historical monuments. Enjoy the rich gastronomic offer and try traditional dishes such as fresh fish and seafood, fuzi with truffles, pljukanci and Istrian boskarin, which are offered in many top restaurants. Bicycles are available at the villa for you to explore the surrounding area. Istria is an ideal place for cyclists as there are many cycling paths suitable for everyone. Gastgeber sind super nett und jederzeit bei Bedarf da, sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, super Pool, super Aussicht auf´s entferntere Meer und nahe Natur (haben wir von der tollen Terrasse sehr genossen), kein Baulärm, da sehr ruhig (ländlich) gelegen und wer sich auch über Hahn, Hund und Esel im weiteren nachbarschaftlichen Umfeld freut, wird hier eine tolle Urlaubszeit verbringen

Das Haus sieht vor Ort genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Top in Schuß und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bei uns waren viele Sachen wie Gewürze, Kaffeefilter,…. vorrätig. Die Gastgeber sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal!! Die Lage ist super! Sehr ruhig (ländlich), Bäcker direkt vor Ort, Supermarkt in der Nähe und zentral für Ausflüge. Was will man mehr… Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die besten Gastgeber bisher die wir je hatten, ein grosses Lob an Paulo und seinen Vater, die immer schnell zur Stelle waren, wenn immer wir Unterstützung benötigt hatten. Die Villa war im tadellosen und sehr sauberen Zustand und war mit allen Apparaten, Utensilien, Geschirr, Outdoor-Aktivitäten ausgestattet. Wir (Familie , 6 Personen) können die Anlage wärmstens weiterempfehlen, insbesondere wenn man einen Hund wie wir haben, da die Anlage rundherum umzäunt ist. Alles perfekt. Einziges kleines Manko, man braucht etwas länger bis zum Meer (Strände), mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten bis Fazana, aber das nimmt man gerne in Kauf wenn alles andere hervorragend ist.

Wir waren 10 Tag in der Villa Monteci, der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool ist super zum Entspannen. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich gut mit Meerblick essen und trinken. In 15 Minuten ist man in Pula hier gibt es viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeit und einen klasse Wochenmarkt oder in Fazana dort gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand, inklusive kleiner süßer Stadt. Hunde sind hier sehr willkommen, in Fazana gibt es einen Hundestrand und ein Stadt weiter gibt es nochmal einen. Was auf jeden Fall auch sehenswert war ist das Aquarium von Pula. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub.

Wir haben Mitte September zu Viert die Villa Monteci gebucht und waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem tollen Pool. Ein Highlight ist die tolle Sicht aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden an unserem Ankunftstag sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen. Auch bei Fragen zwecks Trips oder Essen’s Möglichkeiten bekamen wir stets tolle Empfehlungen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf nur ein paar Minuten von Pula entfernt. Mit dem Auto war alles schnell erreichbar & die Fahrräder haben wir auch gut nutzen können. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Nach meiner Ansicht für Jung und Alt das perfekte Reiseziel ! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in der Villa Monteci und bedanken uns recht herzlich für die tolle Zeit ! :-)
