The elegant Villa Marina is located in the ancient town of Pula. The property consists of two houses which can accommodate up to 12 persons in 6 bedrooms.

The first house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms, a bedroom, as well as a terrace on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces on the first floor. The ground floor of the second house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a bedroom, a fitness room, as well as a terrace. On the first floor you can find two bedrooms, a bathroom and two terraces. There is no door connecting the houses from the inside.
On the ground floor of each of the houses, there is a living room with an open kitchen and dining area for 6 persons, which is perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with your loved ones. A bedroom with a double bed is located on this floor in each of the houses as well. Those who want to stay fit during their vacation will be happy to hear that one of the houses has a well-equipped fitness room, which can be accessed from the outdoor terrace. This house also has access to a small, elevated terrace with an outdoor dining area for 12, which is great for having breakfast or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Each of the houses has its private entrance and a stairway leading to the first floor.
On the first floor of each house, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. The two bedrooms in one of the houses have access to their own terraces and in the other house, only one of the bedrooms has access to a large terrace and the other terrace on this floor is accessed through the hallway.
The two houses share a large common outdoor area with a pool. This is a perfect place to spend time swimming, playing table tennis or just relaxing in one of the sun loungers. One of the coolest features of the house is its well-equipped children’s playground. While you’ll be relaxing and reading a good book, you won’t have to worry because your kids can play safely behind the gate.
Pula is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heydays during the Roman period that left many traces, the most impressive of them being the famous Amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into being the control centre of the Adriatic, and in the course of the centuries, the town's harbour developed into the most important harbour in the region. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sport facilities, night clubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions. The town has two passenger ports, both very important for the cruise tourism. Nowadays, Pula represents a place where a relaxing holiday along its beautiful coastline and crystal clear sea can be combined with the legends and memories of a rich history. Unspoilt forests, beautiful beaches and the Mediterranean climate make this place a very attractive destination for seaside lovers. Everywhere, you can enjoy the nature, for example in the breath taking nature reserve of Cape Kamenjak, or on the Brioni islands with its exceptional flora and fauna which make it the Mediterranean northernmost exotic oasis.
We have just returned from a two week holiday in the Marina Villa. The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. It was lovely and really well equipped both inside and out. We were met at the villa by Adrian’s brother who showed us around on our arrival and Adrian’s Mother and Grandmother had made biscuits to welcome us. A week later Adrian delivered us cakes made by them. We felt grateful and spoiled. Nothing was too much trouble for Adrian the few times we had to contact him. We were also given information about events taking place in Pula during our stay and when we asked we were recommended an excellent local restaurant in which to eat. The food and service we received there was first class.
We would definitely highly recommend this villa to anyone considering accommodation to rent close to Pula. We would like to thank Adrian and his family for the hospitality they showed us during our stay.
Bellissima villa, proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha dato indicazioni anche sui posti più belli da vedere. Ottima posizione, Pula molto pulita, e organizzata. Mare incantevole, natura incontaminata.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Villa war sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns alles im Haus gezeigt inklusive Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Er kam jeden Tag zum Poolreinigen. Das Haus ist super schön, sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles so wie auf den Fotos. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool, der Grill und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Einflussschneise des Flughafens hat uns nicht gestört. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsläden, Innenstadt und Strand gut und schnell erreichbar.
Sehr schönes sauberes und rund um gepflegtes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgeber. Bei unsere Ankuft wurden wir von unserem Gastgeber super nett empfangen und er hat uns das Haus gezeigt. Nach dem wir alles gesehen hatten wurden uns noch die Hotspots wie Restaurant, Sehenwürdigkeiten, Supermärkte und Strände auf einer Stadtkarte gezeigt.
Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht es leicht die nächsten Strände und die Stadt, Nationalpark per Fähre anzufahren (je nach Verkehr 5-10 Minuten per Auto). Das Haus ist ca 20 Meter neben der Straße von der allerdings keine nervende Geräuschkulisse ausgeht, Die Privatsphäre bei diesem Objekt ist TOP. Das Haus ist perfekt abgeschirmt von neugierigen Blicken von Nachbarn. Geräumiges Haus mit genug Platz für alle auch wenn man seine ruhe mal haben möchte.Schlafzimmer und Betten alle im neuesten Zustand. Rundum kann man sagen ob man einen ruhigen oder etwas geselligeren Aufenthalt haben möchte ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen.
Ein kleines Minus muss ich gewissenhaft noch hinzufügen, was aber nicht störend auf unsere gruppe auswirkte ist die Einflugsschneise .
Im ganzen kann ich dieses Haus mit reinen Gewissen empfehlen.
