Charming villa with pool & sea view near Pula

This beautiful ground floor villa is located near Pula and has an amazing sea view. Villa Histria can accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 cosy bedrooms with an extra bed upon request.
An additional sleeping possibility is on the sofa bed in the living room. The spacious and airy living area is connected to the dining area and the kitchen also has direct access to the garden with a pool. The two cosy double bedrooms both are equipped with AC and a TV, so you can relax completely during your vacation. From the spacious garden, there is a phenomenal view of the sea, the island of Cres and the surrounding hills. It is up to you to choose where you are going to spend most of your time. Maybe on the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, or perhaps on one of the sun loungers next to the private pool enjoying the view. Whatever it is you choose, we are sure you can not go wrong because this villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing holiday!.

Villa Histria is located in the small village of Kavran. It is about 8 km from Krnica which is a 5 min car trip from the seaside. Krnica is an excellent place for combining both relaxation and active holidays. In the nearby port, there is an excellently equipped diving centre which discovers old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, cliffs, the thrill of night diving and the splendour abundance of life for beginners and experienced divers. The east coast of Istria offers a diversity of beaches and a crystal clear sea. Pula is about 25 km from the villa and is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. It had its heydays during the Roman period. The Romans left many traces, particularly the fine amphitheatre. During the Venetian period, Pula developed into being the control centre of the Adriatic, and in the course of centuries, the town's harbour developed into the most important harbour in the region. Pula offers all sorts of leisure activities, including sports facilities, nightclubs, casinos, pubs and restaurants, and organised excursions.

Traumhafte Villa. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles super sauber. Blick zum Meer traumhaft. Ruhige Lage. Auto ist notwendig. Dank an Loredana, die uns herzlichst empfangen und verabschiedet hat und mit vielen Informationen versorgt hat. Strand in ca. 1,2 km. Sehr ruhig, aber teilweise schwer zum ins Wasser zu gelangen. Wir haben rege den Pool genutzt. Holzkohle und Gasgrill outdoor vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen die Pizzeria im Ort. Selten so gute Pizza gegessen. Wir geben 5 Sterne und sagen Danke für einen super Urlaub.
Wir waren die erste Oktoberwoche 22‘ da. Es ist ein wunderschönes, top gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann hervorragend entspannen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und sympathisch,sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unserer Meinung nach überwältigend ,das kommt bei den Fotos gar nicht so rüber. Die Straße ans Meer hinunter, führt direkt am Haus vorbei….in 2Min.ist man mit dem Auto unten. Zum einkaufen muss man ca. 3-4 Km in die nächste Ortschaft zurück fahren . Dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt der gut sortiert ist. Restaurants muss man sich suchen, wir sind oft länger gefahren, aber wir wollten das so ,weil wir schon öfter in Istrien waren und schon tolle Restaurants kennen. Alles in allem eine super tolle Woche in einem absolut tollen Wohlfühlhaus…..
