Villa Dream House is located in the picturesque village of Premantura – an ideal destination for those who want to experience the unique natural beauty and amazing cultural heritage, combining both relaxation and active holidays. South of the village is Cape Kamenjak – a protected nature reserve known for its 30 km long coastline with amazing wild beaches and extremely clear sea, but also for its exceptional flora with more than 570 plant species, some of which are endemic. The favourable winds and crystal clear sea make it an ideal spot for both windsurfers and divers and one of the great attractions is also jumping into the sea from high cliffs with torches. The popular tourist hotspot of Medulin is only a short drive away, as are the exceptional architectural sights and cultural events of Pula.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Dream House. The villa itself is a great location on the edge of the town but just five minutes walk to the centre. The rooms are large and nicely furnished and everything was spotlessly clean inside and out. The pool area is well thought out with lots of sun loungers and also plenty of shade. Cape Kamenjak nature park is on the doorstep with lots of opportunities for swimming off the rocks and small coves. Premantura town is an easy walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants. We will be back!
Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen !! Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, sehr kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und an den Hafen. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt !! Sehr angenehmer Vermieter.

This is a great Villa with very good location. 5min. walking distance to center of town, To visit restaurants, grocery, bakery, etc. and 10 min walk to beach. Everything was just perfect.
