Lovely villa with private pool near the sea

Villa Cubic is located in the small hamlet near Pula, called Peroj. The villa provides everything for a careless and romantic holiday for two.
The open space living area consists of a bedroom with a cozy double bed, one bathroom, and a spacious living room with SAT-TV, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. From the living room, you will have direct access to the pool area and the garden. As you will notice, the villa is fully equipped and decorated with a lot of care. The details create a warm atmosphere so you will feel at home. In front of the villa, there is a nice-sized pool where you can enjoy the warm summer breeze while having a refreshing swim. Just a few steps away, there is a gas grill where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved one. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many daily excursions, but if you decide not to leave it, small shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance from the villa. IMPORTANT: Adults only!.

Villa Cubic is located in the village of Peroj, which is situated on the south-western coast of southern Istria. Peroj is located close to the picturesque town of Fazana and about 10 km away from the 3000-year-old town of Pula. From Fazana you can reach the only national park in Istria, and so-called the Heaven on Earth – Brijuni Island National Park. This 14 islands archipelago features a unique natural setting for rare and rich flora and fauna. Visit the amazing beaches, bike trails, golf court, and safari park in the Nacional park. Fazana on the other side is famous as a place of long fishing tradition and the pilchard that is an unavoidable delicacy here! Less than half an hour drive from Peroj, you can reach the biggest town in Istria- Pula, with its symbol the Roman amphitheater that is in size 6th in the world. Also, a short drive from Peroj is one of the most ‘photogenic’ towns in the Mediterranean – Rovinj. Visit the hinterland of Istria with its charming little towns on the hilltops like Motovun, Buzet, and Groznjan.

Das Haus ist perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes, gepflegtes, modernes Haus mit supertollen, sehr zurückhaltenden Gastgebern. Bei Ankunft wurden kalte Getränke, Obst und Keks für uns bereitgestellt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine.. alles da. Lage ist TOP. Pool TOP. Plastik-"Rasen" gewöhnungsbedürftig 😂 Alles zusammen 100% Urlaub pur
