Villa Faturi is a modern stone villa with a private pool, amazing panoramic views and a carefully tended garden. The interior of the villa is modern and designed with attention to detail.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There are also two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. In the garden of the villa, there is a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal outside. The large private pool is used for refreshment on hot summer days. The deckchairs around the pool invite you to relax. Gardening service takes place every Thursday.

The villa is located in peaceful countryside near the village of Kringa. Kringa is located in Central Istria, only five kilometres south of Tinjan, the second largest place in the municipality of Tinjan. On the territory of the village of Tinjan, there was once a settlement in the Iron Age, which later developed into a Roman fortress. In the wider surrounding area, you may find many hilltop towns. The beautiful landscape of this region is ideal for horse riding, cycling and walking. Nearby are the beautiful town of Porec and many enchanting Istrian beaches. There are also numerous historical sites and other sights to explore. From Porec, you can take a boat trip to Venice. Only 45 minutes from the villa is Pula, the largest city of Istria, and the Brijuni National Park. The location of Villa Faturi is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Central Istria.

Ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja! Predivno uređena i opremljena kuća, okućnica, sa svim potrepštinama koje možete zatrebati, čista i uredna, udobni kreveti. super se spava. Nalazi se u malom mjestu koje vam osigurava mir i tišinu, a ako se zaželite vreve, sadržaja i ljudi, od većine svih mjesta u Istri udaljeni ste cca 30-45 minuta. Vlasnica se potrudila dati nam sve upute i informacije gdje dobro pojesti u obližnjim restoranima, kupiti vino, domaće sireve i pršut, prošetati s našim psićima, koji su uživali zajedno s nama. Cijelo imanje, svaki kamen zrači jednom jako pozitivnom energijom. Svakako preporučujemo odmor u ovoj prekrasnoj vili i definitivno ćemo se opet vratiti! Hvala najljepša!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der wunderschönen Villa Faturi auf herrlichem Grundstück in unverbauter Traumlage mit weitem Blick. Es ist ein echter Kraftort! Innenausstattung und Design sind sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional. Die direkte Umgebung lädt zum Entdecken ein. Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder kommen und danken unserer herzlichen Gastgeberin sehr!
