Lovely family villa with pool near Poreč

Villa Casa Susanna is located in the municipality of Kastelir, close to Poreč. It is perfect as a basis if you wish to explore the surrounding region.

The villa is suited for up to 8 persons. It has 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, as well as a sofa bed in the rooms where another 2 persons can sleep. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area that are directly connected to the modern living room, from where you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast, or a romantic evening with a glass of your favourite drink while enjoying the sea view. The outside area is perfect if you wish to soak up the sun or refresh yourself in the pool. A beautiful grill is situated next to the pool as well, and it is great for preparing delicious meals that you in enjoy in the shaded al fresco dining area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the owners organize motorcycle and boat tours, which is a perfect way to get to know the whole Istrian peninsula. The villa is nested in a charming village called Kaštelir. It is close to Poreč and its beaches. Poreč is the largest tourist hot spot in Istria where you can find all kind of activities. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Poreč with its 100 years of experience in hospitality and supreme tourist offer, is the place for you. Be sure not to miss the numerous parties organized in tourist villages and the town's centre. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset till sunrise! Car is recommended. Shops and restaurants are in short walking distance from the villa. Areas of interest include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Grožnjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar.

Hallo , wir hatten das Glück in einer schönen , modernen eingerichteten Villa in einem tollen Land, herrliche Tage zu verbringen ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen , überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet , deutsches Fernsehen, sauberer Pool , tolle Terrasse und Aussenbereich , Platz für 6 Personen und im Ort einen Einjaufsladen , Wein - und Olivenhandel , leckere Restaurants! Das Meer ist nur 5 km entfernt ! Die Villa Casa Susanna ist sehr empfehlenswert, vorzugeben sind die total netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter 👌 LG Guido

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Ferienvilla in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Interessante Ausflugsziele sind in der Umgebung. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen und werden dieses Jahr wieder in Villa Susanna Urlaub machen. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wir haben im Mai 2018 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem wirklich angenehmen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren sechs Personen: Großeltern, Eltern, zwei Kleinkinder (18 Monate und knapp vier Jahre). Das Haus ist renoviert, Technik und Installationen sind auf hohem Niveau, Heizung, viele Steckdosen, alle für deutsche Stecker. Die Einrichtung ist solide und geschmackvoll, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Außenanlage und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Alles ist in einem Top Zustand. Die deutsche Inhaberfamilie betreut das Anwesen vor Ort selbst. Dadurch wirkt alles angenehm familiär, wir hatten den einen oder anderen Sonderwunsch, auf den man problemlos eingegangen ist. Wir fragten nach einem Kinderstuhl, und als als wir ankamen, war er da. Die Treppe zum ersten Stock fanden wir für Kleinkinder weniger geeignet, also fragten wir nach einer Kindersicherung, die wurde umgehend installiert. Gehört eigentlich nicht zum Haus, ist dennoch interessant: Die Eigentümer betreiben einen eigenen Olivenhain. Deren Olivenöl ist das beste, das wir je probiert haben: Kaltgepresst, erste Pressung, Säurewert 0,13%. Bezeichnend für den freundlichen Umgang: Eine Flasche davon wartete als Geschenk für die Gäste in der Küche auf uns. Falls uns wieder mal der Kopf nach Istrien steht: Dieses Haus muss es sein!
