Villa with private pool near Porec

On the ground floor, you can relax on a wonderful large couch in the spacious living room or enjoy a meal with your family in the lovely dining room. The other three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers, are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms with a double bed opens onto a large upper terrace, whereas the other bedroom with a double bed has access to a balcony. The third bedroom with two single beds has a French door. You can enjoy the beautiful view over the charming town of Sveti Lovrec and its beautiful surroundings from all of the bedrooms. A well-equipped laundry room can also be found on this floor.
In the basement, you will be surprised by a large fitness room. For those who want to stay fit during their holiday, there are dumbbells, a table for table tennis, a stationary bicycle and a rowing machine at their disposal.
The lovely terrace has a countercurrent pool and is a great place to take a swim, lie back in one of the sun loungers or take shade under one of the parasols. The well-equipped outdoor cooking area is perfect for grilling with your family in the evening. The terrace is also characterised by an amazing sculpture of a female figure by one of the most notable contemporary sculptors in Croatia.
