It is ideal for a relaxed holiday for families, offering privacy on each level, but with possibility to enjoy common time inside the villa as well as outside. The top floor is a penthouse, spread over 2 levels (duplex), with 4 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a study, 5 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a roof-top terrace. The second floor is closed and not available for use. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and terrace to enjoy the views and relax while having your morning coffee. The lowest level comprises of a large sunlit lounge area with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna, for you to relax after a long day. There are also 2 bedrooms here, both equipped with double beds. The lounge area is spacious enough to bring together all the guests of the villa. There is direct access to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and a great spot to enjoy the breathtaking sea view from. There is an outside charcoal BBQ, suited for the preparation of al fresco meals, after a relaxing day of sunbathing next to the inviting private infinity pool. There are numerous spots at Villa Kelly where you can relax, whether sunbathing, swimming in the infinity pool while overlooking the Kvarner Bay, enjoying the magnificent sea views from the balconies and terraces, or have some spa time in the sauna. The villa is equipped with WiFi, offering 8 private parking spaces and we are certain, also a unique holiday! Villa Kelly is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted.
