If you are looking for a perfect villa for your vacation, villa Karla Tar is the ideal choice for you. This charming villa offers three bedrooms for six guests.
All three rooms are located on the first floor. They are spacious and comfortable, each has en suite bathroom, a TV and are air-conditioned. All bedrooms are individually designed, in different colours, which creates a special atmosphere. All bedrooms have double beds and two have access to the covered balcony with a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a living room with a TV and a fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen, in an open space concept. This entire space is air-conditioned. On the ground floor there are also an additional bathroom and a relaxation room, where you can enjoy after spending time at the pool or exploring the area with bicycles at your disposal. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a corner for relaxing in the shade as well as a dining area and a barbecue. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool and sun loungers at your disposal, as well as a boccia playing area for fun. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 4 cars. Villa Karla Tar is located in Tar, a town situated at the mouth of the river Mirna and the Adriatic Sea. This area is known for its excellent olive oil and, according to experts, olives which are grown here give the best olive oil in Europe. For all those who want to explore the past, the cultural and historical monuments, natural sights, enjoy the gastronomy, but also relax and have fun in one of the Istrian water parks, Tar is the ideal starting point. Visit nearby Novigrad, once a quiet fishing town that has developed into an attractive tourist destination over the years, but has retained the charm of a typical Mediterranean fishing village. A 15 minutes drive away you will find Poreč, a city of rich history and cultural and historical monuments. For nature lovers we recommend a visit to the Baredine cave near Poreč. The proximity of Istria´s interior provides countless opportunities for excursions. Whichever direction you go, you won't go wrong.

Wir waren im Herbst 23 für 7 Tage in der Villa Karla und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und angenehm und der Pool hat eine tolle Grösse. Die Austattung ist innen ist sehr wertig, die Küche hat alles was es braucht und die Sauna ist top. Wir haben sehr fleissig den Grill draussen benutzt. Draussen hat es genügend Platz um auch Fussball oder Federball zu spielen und in ein paar Minuten ist man im gemütlichen Ort Tar. Beim Empfang hat uns Sasa toll geholfen und er war jederzeit erreichbar. Hvala Sasa! Von der Besitzerin gab es tolle Willkommensgeschenke für unsere Kinder. Die Villa Karla ist sehr zu empfehlen wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht und dennoch ist das Meer und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Das Haus hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.
Sehr schöne Villa. Ruhig gelegen und kurzer Weg zur wunderbaren Konoba Tri Kantuna. Der solarbeheizte Pool ist außergewöhnlich.
