This breathtaking villa offers room for 10 guests in 5 delightfully decorated bedrooms.
On the top floor, next to the entrance, there is a spacious living room arranged with stylish designer furniture, a TV, air conditioning and a modern wood fireplace, dividing the room. Behind it, there is a beautiful, completely equipped kitchen with a dining room. From here you can enjoy the view on the sea, but also try a glass of Istrian Teran at the big terrace.
The whole interior is modern, furnished with love and a lot of interesting details. You can enjoy the beautiful paintings on the walls or gain strength in the comfortable bedrooms decorated in harmonious colors. There are also two bed rooms, one with a double bed and a terrace and the other one with two single beds. Both rooms have Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms at your disposal.
On the lower floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, and of course smart TVs and en-Suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have an amazing view on the green panorama of the semi island with a beautiful view on the sea, which you can also enjoy from the 2 room terraces with comfortable places to sit and lay back. This is just perfect for your first cup of coffee. Since the villa is designed as a "smart home”, the room temperature is being regulated through an automatic heating and cooling system. Smart home also means that the villa is equipped with an energy saving system, automatic lighting and a code door opener.
The ground floor has everything for relaxing your senses and letting yourself go on your perfect holiday. The wellness area consists of two saunas (Finnish bio sauna and infrared sauna), a special shower and a water bed for taking a rest. Just next to it, there is the jacuzzi (for 5 persons) and the big (50 m2) pool with a waterfall surrounded with sun loungers. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower with a separate toilet.
If you want to stay fit during your holiday, there is a special fitness room at your disposal, located in a separate building next to the villa. It is equipped with a treadmill, a room bike, an elliptical trainer and a weight set. If you feel in mood for entertainment, there is also a room with pool and a small kitchen in the same building. This room is perfect for gatherings and also offers the opportunity to grill on the terrace. You can spend incredible moments with your family here, while dining al fresco.
Let yourself be enchanted by the Adriatic sea and walk to your beach entrance with boat mooring.

Villa Vlastelini II is located on a small picturesque peninsula, 5km away from Labin, where a lot of local restaurants and cozy cafés, as well as plenty of shops, wait for you. The cities near you are smaller, but romantic and beautiful. Where the green hills meet in the east, and nature and heritage merge together, Labin and Rabac are located. The city of Labin is also called “the paradise for artists”. If you like art and history, this is the place to be. Enjoy walking through interesting alleys of this medieval town and visit art studios, museums and sightsee amazing palaces. In the summer you can enjoy music festivals of jazz and classical music. Since Labin is located on a hill, you can have a nice view on Rabac and the surroundings from the highest peak of the city, located on the top of the church tower dating from XVII. century. Rabac is a nice touristy city, a former fishing village, famous for culinary specialties (particularly fish dishes and shrimps) and charming beaches.
If you want to explore more of Istria, you should visit the amazing cities full of history and heritage sites - Pazin (40 km), Pula (50 km) and Opatija (60 km).
If you want to rest from the stressful everyday life or the hustle and bustle of the city, you do not need to worry. This breathtaking villa is just 30 m away from the first beach. The soft pebble stone beach is the perfect spot to unwind. Relax at the private beach entrance while admiring the amazing nature, between rocky shores and salty, clear Adriatic Sea.

Wir waren mit zehn Personen für 10 Tage in der Villa Vlastelini 2. Auf einer Scala von 1 bis 10 ist das Haus ,die Lage,die Anlage um das Haus herum,die Ausstattung und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter nach unser aller Meinung eine 10 mit Sternchen.Es war unbeschreiblich schön,hier passte einfach Allles.
Diese Villa kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage am Meer ist toll. Durch ein paar Stiegen kommt man direkt in die wunderschöne Bucht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Die Eigentümer haben sich super um uns gekümmert und haben uns weitergeholfen was Ausflüge etc. betrifft. Jederzeit würden wir unseren Urlaub dort wieder verbringen!
