This property is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria. This entire region is well connected and has an excellent and uncrowded road system. The Istrian peninsula 'terra magica' lies on the warm Adriatic sea so you will be thrilled that the nearest beach is only 5 km away from the villa. The nearest airport as well as some of the larger tourist centres such as Labin and Rabac are also just a short drive away. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well-preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries, and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort in Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches.

Eine sehr gepflegte und schöne Villa in einer ruhigen Lage. Das Highlight ist der große beheizbare Pool. Perfekter Urlaub zum Erholen.
Die Villa war sehr, sehr sauber. Die Gartenanlage ist perfekt! Der Gastgeber ausgesprochen nett. Da wir immer selber kochen, wären wir froh über eine größere Pfanne gewesen und vielleicht mehr Schüsseln zum kochen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
