On the ground floor, you will be surprised to find a wellness area with a sauna and an indoor jacuzzi. Just imagine enjoying a cold beverage in the indoor jacuzzi and relaxing in the sauna and taking a shower in one of the bathrooms with a shower afterwards. Here you will also find a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a joint dining area.
When you climb up the stairs, you will find 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, three of them featuring a double bed and one of them two single beds. Be prepared to finally catch a good night’s sleep and forget all about your everyday worries.
The outdoor area is great for taking a swim in the outdoor pool and refreshing yourself on a warm summer day. After you have taken a swim, you can lie back in one of the loungers and read a good book. For all grilling fans, there is a gas charcoal grill at disposal, where they can prepare delicious meals for their family and friends. Villa Valpinia is located near the town of Labin. Labin is a medieval Istrian town, located on a hill above the beautiful Kvarner bay where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. For all gastronomy lovers, this city offers numerous restaurants that offer their guests traditional Istrian specialities. During the summer, Labin is especially attractive for its music festivals and cultural events.The small town of Rabac is also worth a visit. Rabac is a former fishing village that is today known as a popular tourist destination with stunning beaches. In Istria, you have the opportunity to explore the natural beauties of the Istrian peninsula by hiking or bike-riding numerous hiking and biking trails.

Das modern eingerichtete Haus lässt nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Zimmer waren ausgesprochen sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die gesamte Villa war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war an alles gedacht. Für regnerische Tage ist eine tolle Sauna und ein Whirlpool eingebaut. Neben einer Dart-Scheibe sorgt ein Billardtisch für Abwechslung. Der Außenpool lädt zum Schwimmen und Entspannen ein. Ein hochwertiger Gasgrill wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Auch hier ist die Sauberkeit des Grills und des Zubehörs hervorzuheben.
Der Vermieter Luka hat sich mustergültig um alles gekümmert und konnte selbst unseren Jungs gute Angelplätze empfehlen. Er war immer kurzfristig ansprechbar und schnell vor Ort bei Rückfragen. Abends können bei offenen Türen Stechmücken ins Haus hereinkommen, also daher das Mückenspray nicht vergessen oder die Türen geschlossen halten.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Villa jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
