Lovely 2-bedroom villa with private pool in Istria

Set on the outskirts of a small Istrian village, Villa Tai awaits all lovers of true, peaceful holidays surrounded by nature. This villa is simply perfect for a family.
It has a spacious and green, 2000 m2 large plot that offers plenty of fun for the youngest. The interior of the villa consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The open space room with lots of natural light contains the living and dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. This area is connected with the terrace that has an outdoor dining table, and a separate extra kitchen. When you dine outside, you can overlook the beautiful garden and the refreshing private pool. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal and located in the garden. Bicycles for children are available, as well as a trampoline, and table tennis.
Villa Tai is perfect for charging batteries, but the area offers lots of options for an active holiday as well. .

This villa is located in a small village in the eastern part of Istria. Offering a good base from which to explore this not much-explored region, this beautiful villa is immersed in the glorious rolling Istrian countryside yet close to the wonderful beaches of East Istria. Just approx. 2 km from the villa lies the quaint medieval town of Barban, known for its annual ancient cavalry game “The Race of the Ring”. A unique horse ranch offering trekking and horseback riding are located in the nearby village of Manjadvorci. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving center at the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. A great choice of cuisine, using delicious local produce, means you'll never have to go far to find a superb meal and you can also buy groceries directly from the local producers. The historic town of Pula and the vivid tourist hot spots are within a short driving distance, as well as the ferries for a tour to the stunningly beautiful surrounding islands.

Das Haus und unser Urlaub dort waren traumhaft. Ich war noch nie in einem Ferienhaus, dass derartig gut ausgestattet ist mich Küchenutensilien. Da ist wirklich ALLES da! Man merkt zudem, mit wie viel Liebe dieses Haus eingerichtet wurde. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich und sprechen auch gut Englisch. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits - genau richtig, um Ruhe zu tanken und um Touren mit dem Fahrrad zu starten. Der eigene Pool ist auch super - wir können die Villa Tai zu 100% empfehlen.
Die Begrüßung durch die Mutter der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, wenn auch mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden, weil sie leider kein Wort Englisch (Deutsch) sprach. Außenküche und Grill haben wir gerne genutzt, die Ausstattung war perfekt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, mitten in der Natur, idyllisch und meistens auch ruhig. Ein eigener Pool hat das Ganze abgerundet, Überall Lavendel im Garten und eine Menge Schmetterlinge, die wir von zu Hause nicht kannten. Und das Wichtigste: wir hatten ausreichend Platz!
