This villa will pamper you with its interesting interior design. The large garden on different levels allows a delightful view of the green hills with the sea in the background. On one level there is the pool area with sun loungers and plenty of shade under the old trees or the exotic arbour. Here you can relax and refresh in the heated pool. This amazing swimming pool is available with a counter-current and hydro-massage system. The higher level invites you to come to the grill and offers plenty of space for a pleasant al fresco meal. The interior of the villa is successfully connecting modern and traditional elements with a touch of Mediterranean style. All bedrooms are available with double beds and located on the first floor while you will find a bright and comfortable open concept area connecting the dining and living room with a completely equipped kitchen. There is a lower ground floor area with an old remodelled tavern where thanks to old stone walls you can cool off during hot summer days, as well prepare and enjoy a pleasant meal. In front of the tavern, you will find a table for 8 if you want to dine outside. If you are travelling with kids there is a play corner for children available (on request) for the youngest as well as badminton and Nintendo Wii for the older ones. Villa Eugenia awaits you!.
Villa Eugenia is located in the hamlet Zagore near Brsec and Moscenicka Draga, an area known for beautiful beaches and numerous cafes and restaurants. At the intersection of Istria and Kvarner, the mountains and the Adriatic sea, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and beaches with the crystal blue sea. The romantic Lungomare promenade that connects coastal cities also passes here. For all nature lovers and active travellers, do not miss visiting the nature park Ucka. If you want to visit and explore nearby islands, you can reach them by ferry (Cres) and other touristy cities like Opatija or Rabac, only 20 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is only 3 km away and you can reach the beach Zagore Stupova by walking - there is a walking path through the forest so you can be at the beach in only 30 minutes on foot. There is a golf course in Brsec only 3 km from the villa.

Die Betten sind toll, und die Zimmer ausgesprochen ruhig, auch wenn man vor den anderen schlafen geht.
Schön wären noch Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern, aber die kommen vielleicht noch.
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren.
Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Wir konnten sogar einen zusätzlichen Raum im Untergeschoß nutzen, welcher eine zweite Küche, ein zusätzliches WC einen zweiten Fernseher und einen Tischfussball-Tisch beinhaltete.
Durch die kleinen Fenster ist er zwar recht dunkel, dafür aber schön kühl (bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur).
Der Strand von Zagore ist klein aber sehr sauber. Der Ab- und Aufstieg zu Fuß war etwas anstrengend. Mit unserem 8 Jahre alten Sohn benötigten wir ca. 45min. Besser man fährt mit dem Auto in die benachbarten Dörfer direkt an den Strand.
