Make yourself at home! With a total of 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people.
Three of these bedrooms are located on the first floor. Stairs lead you to the gathering place on the ground floor- the bright and charming living and dining area with a kitchen. Stone, wood and soft colours are tastefully combined and contribute significantly to the homely ambience. Here you can relax on the sofas or prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, which you can then enjoy in the beautifully decorated dining area. The ground floor is completed by another bedroom with its own bathroom and a guest toilet. Two glass doors lead from the living and dining area to the villa's terrace, where there is another covered dining area as well as a lounge area. Of course, a charcoal grill should not be missing. You can refresh yourself in the private pool on warm days and then relax on the sun loungers. Children can enjoy the playground and numerous contents such as badminton or table tennis. Another highlight can be found on the first floor of the small house, which is located in the garden. There you can enjoy a playroom with table football, chess, darts and a pool table. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and a summer kitchen with a charming dining area. Can you imagine spending your family holiday in Villa Batelica?.

Villa Batelica is located in Sveti Bartul, a small village near Labin. The location is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation away from the city crowds, but also to get to know the tourist sites of Istria. Nearby is the medieval town of Labin. A walk through the narrow streets of the city is the best way to get to know Labin, after which you should definitely visit the City museum where there is a model of the mine, which is unique in this part of Europe. In the very centre of Labin, there are many restaurants that offer Istrian specialities, including homemade olive oil, truffles and asparagus. A walk to the viewpoint of Fortica and enjoying the view of Rabac and the island of Cres, after which you can enjoy a glass of Malvasia wine in one of the charming cafes in Labin, is the ideal end to a tour of the town.
Only 10 kilometres from Villa Batelica is Rabac, once a small fishermen's village and today a popular summer resort. Beautiful beaches are a trademark of Rabac. The beaches Lanterna, Girandella, St. Andrea, Maslinica and Ravni have been awarded a "Blue Flag" which is proof of the purity of the sea. For active holidays lovers, we recommend visiting the Ucka National Park. Ucka is a favourite destination of mountaineers and is especially known for its beautiful view-points that are located on the mountain tops.

Traumhaftes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt und wurden von der freundlichen Gastgeberin mit einem leckeren Willkommensessen samt Hauswein begrüßt.
Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wwieder.
Ein wundervolles, großzügiges Haus mit großem Spielangebot für Kinder. Helle Begeisterung der Kinder (und Erwachsenen) über den tollen Pool. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt zum Leben braucht. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter, ein sehr herzliches Ehepaar sind nett, freundlich und in Kürze zu erreichen, wenn Bedarf ist. Einfach nur perfekt um sich eine Auszeit zu nehmen.

Villa Batelica is a rebuilt grandmother's house. Furnished tastefully and with feeling. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. The rooms and furnishings were clean and fragrant .The hosts welcomed us very warmly prepared snacks with Croatian specialties, cake and drinks in the fridge, Kids went crazy in the pool, on the trampoline, on the swings, adults enjoyed moments of well-being on the sun loungers by the pool. In the well stocked shops in Labin / Spar,Plodine, Lidl /, you can buy everything you need. The sea was crystal clear, we used to go to the beaches in Rabac and Mostenicka Draga. The villa is situated in a nice, quiet village. We felt very well in villa Batelica, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality.I recommend Villa Batelica to everyone who wants to spend their holiday in a beautiful and cozy house in a nice environment without a crowd of tourists. Thanks again for everything

We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back anytime.
The villa is grandmother's beautifully renovated house. With a traditional ambience but also very modern. It has everything that is needed. A well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room for rainy days, large rooms with good facilities. We fell in love with the large pool. The children loved to romp around and the adults could also swim their lengths over a length of 10m.
The garden kitchen with the great play area on the upper floor was a highlight for the little ones.
The location is very good. Supermarket, old town and beach in abac can be reached in a very short time. My personal highlight was having my bike with me and going on tours in the morning when the family was still asleep. all in all full recommendation.

Wonderful house situated in the spacious garden with plenty space for playing.
House is located in silent, rural area but in close vicinity to Labin and Rabac.
House is newly renovated with great taste. Fully equipped in kitchen/bathroom applaiances.
Perfect size swimming pool with shallow area for smaller kids. Owners also provide sport equipment like table tennis, badminton etc.
Last but not least, very friendly and helpful owners. They will help with booking the restaurant or boat. That was a very pleasant stay!
