Lovely villa near the beach in Crikvenica

This lovely Villa Blue Dream is situated in the vibrant tourist town of Crikvenica. It features a nice sea view of Kvarner bay and Krk island, while the beach is just a short walk away.

This charming house has been fully renovated and it is ideal for large families or big friend groups. The back garden is completely enclosed with a beautiful, nice size, wood decked swimming pool. There is also a shallow part to cool while relaxing or for the smaller kids to play in. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance you may not need your car for a while.
On the ground floor you will find well equipped kitchen, dining area for 12 and a spacious living room. The living room opens to a spacious terrace with beautiful sea view and nice sitting area to be enjoyed in the evenings. The Dining room opens to an amazing back terrace with an al-fresco dinning table by the pool. A gas BBQ is also available. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. One double with en-suite and two bedrooms (a double and a twin) with a shared bathroom. The two single beds in the twin can be joined to form a double. All bedrooms are Air-conditioned and have SAT TV. There are four parking places, two of which are in the garage.

Crikvenica is a small town with a hundred year old tourist history and offers everything one may need on a holiday...long sandy beaches, beautiful promenade surrounded by palm trees and colorful flowers, cute little shops and plenty of tourist happenings. It's one of the most popular tourist destinations in Croatia. Sport lovers can choose from a variety of activities like bicycling, mini golf, table tennis, sailing, jet skiing, paragliding, diving, football, basketball, bowling, paintball, beach volleyball, hiking and many more. If you decide to go sightseeing there are a lot of excursion boats available to take you to islands Rab, Krk and Lošinj. Just a 30 minute drive away you can visit National parks Risnjak, North Velebit and Nature park Ucka. The must see are the Plitvice Lakes National park, a UNESCO World Heritage site with the most spectacular breathtaking scenery, located only a hour drive away.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Die Liegen am Pool sind extrem gemütlich. Der Esstisch sowohl innen als auch außen ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz, um gemütlich beisammen sitzen zu können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man benötigt. Im Keller steht ein weiterer Kühlschrank, somit ist ausreichend Platz für kühle Getränke und genügend Lebensmittel. Einziger Punkt, welcher uns aber nicht gestört hat: Zum Meer und in den Ort geht es etwas bergab (ca. 10 Minuten zum Meer über 220 Stufen - das ist der kürzeste Weg) - der Rückweg also etwas anstrengend. ;) Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich! In Summe können wir die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und die An- und Abfahrt sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für 12 Personen. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig (z.B. keine Waage oder Rührgerät, Messer waren nicht wirklich scharf), aber mit etwas Spontanität bekommt man jedes Gericht hin. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, aber bei Temperaturen um die 25-27°C war es nicht notwendig bzw. eine tolle Abkühlung. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa.
