Beautiful villa with private pool

Located in a small picturesque town called Kranjčići, only a couple minutes drive from the medieval Svetivinčenat, Villa Ella has everything you could desire and need for a relaxing and peacefull family vacation. The villa stands for a wonderful example of the traditional Istrian design, with stone walls, wooden beams and an interior that tastefully combines old and new, vintage furnishings with modern details.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, this charming villa can accomodate up to 8 people. While the children are having fun swinging or jumping on the trampoline, the rest of the family can choose between an inviting swimming pool surrounded with a sun terrace, preparing delicious meals on the barbecue or enjoying the shaddows of the covered terrace with a view of the villas carefully and with love tended garden. .

This villa is located approx 20 min drive from the beautiful istrian beaches, and 5 min drive from the first restaurant and shop. This villa is an ideal hideaway choice because of its location. Property is located in Central Istria and everything is at a short driving distance. Some of the must see places are medieval hill top towns like Grožnjan and Motovun, national park Brijuni island, Rovinj - charmingly picturesque town, Pula with its 2000 y.o amphitheater and many more... Combined with a mixture of Mediterranean flora and climate , the fresh air relaxes your body instantly. While the day offers you a variety of walking and biking trails, the evening fills the air with romance accompanied by magical views and cricket sounds.

Such a lovely semi-detached stone house! We loved to spend our holiday there (4adults, 4 children, 1 baby). Enough space for everyone, very lovely interior, fully equipped kitchen, Large pool, beautiful „poolhouse“ with a lounge next to the pool to relax, outdoor shower next to the pool, quiet environment, big garden with a swing for the kids. Many beautiful beaches - 20 minutes drive by car! We recommend this lovely Villa with it‘s very welcoming host🙂 Thank you for everything!
Wir waren im Sommer 2018 in der Villa Ella. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen kleinen Ort. Direkt in 10 Gehminuten gibt es eine Zug-Haltestelle. Von Dort aus kann man super mit dem Zug bis nach Pula fahren. Ist einen Ausflug wert! Insgesamt kommt man von dem Haus innerhalb von 20 bis 30 Minuten an alle interessanten Orte in Istrien. Das Haus an sich erstreckt sich über 3 Stockwerke. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Ess/Wohnraum mit Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super ist das Bad im Außenbereich. So kann man nach dem baden im Pool direkt das Bad benutzen. Hier ist auch die Waschmaschine, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Der Pool ist schön groß und gepflegt. Im Poolhaus kann man den Schatten genießen. Trampolin und Schaukel für die Kids sind ebenfalls vorhanden und der Rasen ist groß genug um Fussball zu spielen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Bad und zwei identische Schlafzimmer. Die Schränke sind evtl ein bisschen klein aber das ist dem Platzmangel an der Wand geschuldet. Wir sind damit jedoch gut zurecht gekommen. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Im Dachgeschoss ist nochmals ein Bad und ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa. Für unsere beiden kleinsten Kids war das ausreichend. Im Dachgeschoss ist auch eine Klimaanlage. Wenn man diese tagsüber anschaltet und die Türen im Obergeschoss offen lässt, ist es abends überall angenehm kühl. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Super nette Vermieter mit denen wir guten Kontakt hatten.
