Lovely villa with private pool in Porec

Villa war super schön. Das Haus ist sehr modern und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub, wo man den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen kann. Es liegt in einer nicht stark bewohnten Gegend sodass man auch abends mal etwas lauter sein kann und dadurch dass es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Meer entfernt ist, konmt man gut und schnell für einen Strandtag dorthin. Die nächstegelegene Stadt Poreć ist auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt sodass man gut abends mal los gehen kann. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und es gab auch noch zur Begrüßung von ihr zwei kleine Flaschen Schnaps. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub und wir würden auf jedenfall wieder hierher kommen.

This was one of the best if not the best vaccation ever. Villa is what it says, what you see in photos, that is what you get. Diana and Igor are one of the most welcoming and amazing hosts. Everything you need is in villa. Also center of Poreč is so close with a car you almost cannot believe you are there, because villa is in the nature where you have peace for your own! If you are really picky you wouldn't find bad thing to review here. Trully amazing stay....ok one bad thing we found: it was too short ;)

We stayed at the villa with three couples in the first week of August and we are all more than impressed! The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. There are three bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower, toilette, sink) + a small bathroom (toilette, sink) with a washing machine. The kitchen is almost better equipped than my own at home. There is no missing of seasonings as well as other small things like aluminum foil, towels or anything else. There are also enough plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils. The terrace with large table and outdoor grill are perfect for morning breakfast, lunch or evening barbecue and sitting together. The pool with loungers, outdoor shower and beach towels is perfect for relaxing or having fun. Our dog was also free to move around the grounds and had a lot of fun as well. At first we were a bit worried because the villa did not have any reviews yet. But this is because the villa was completed in early 2022 and is therefore in a super new condition. Now to the hosts: Diana and Igor are two incredibly nice and accommodating hosts. Diana has given us several times a basket with their own grown and harvested vegetables. We also received a welcome drink as well as oil and wine from their own farm. The two have guided us on our arrival through the house, showed us everything and gave us recommendations around Porec for our stay. Even so, you could always reach them by phone call or WhatsApp, should you have any questions or need further recommendations. I have to thank them again for the wonderful stay! I can only warmly recommend this villa and the two hosts.
