Modern villa with private pool in Central Istria

Eine wirklich Traumhafte Villa, wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Die Vermieterin Andromena ist sehr sehr freundlich, absolut Top. 😀

We are a family of five with 3 kids (10/3/1). We’ve spent a week at the Villa and at the end of our stay we regretted not staying a week more. Our host was great, always available for questions or requests. She even called us a night before to tell us that the villa will be available well before 16h so we can come earlier. Upon arrival, the house was clean spotless which immediately made a stay even more pleasant. The villa is pretty big for 6 guest (max capacity). All the rooms are big and there are three bathrooms and an extra toilet. Outside area of the house is beautiful set up with a pool area in the back and basketball court, garage and a small park in the front. All really well maintained. The village is pretty quite with a car passing next to the villa every half an hour. There is a local grocery shop 2 min away by car and a caffe bar at the same distance. Location is great, proximity to Tinjan, Zmilj and Pazin at around 10-15 min drive. Nice restaurants around and local farms where you can buy local products like milk, cheese and meat products. This villa comes highly recommend.

Villa Anastasia is simply perfect. We can only recommend it. The owner Andromena is really friendly and welcome was great. The villa is spacious, modern, extremely well-equipped and the pool is pleasant. A car is mandatory but most must-see locations in Istria are easily accessible in about 30 min or less (Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Beram, Svetvincenat, Pula, Pazin,...) thanks to an ideal central situation. Not so many restaurants nearby but we strongly recommend Agroturizam Botra Marija and Konoba Jelenic which are really close. We spent wonderful week in Villa Anastasia

Familienurlaub mit Freunden super kombiniert. Wir, Ehepaar mit 5jährigen Zwillingen und Hund sowie ein befreundetes Ehepaar verbrachten wunderschöne Spätsommertage im September hier in dieser tollen Villa. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Abends gemütlich grillen und die Atmosphäre, die Beleuchtung des Pools, das Zirpen der Grillen genießen ... Das Haus ist wunderschön, tip top sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu Hause auch hat. Mit dem Auto kann man ganz Istrien besichtigen, die Straßen sind gut. Zum Einkaufen nach Pazin fährt man 10 Minuten und um lecker zu Schlemmen findet man ringsum genügend tolle Konobas. Herzliche Grüße an Andromena - vielen Dank für alles, es war super !!!

Wir (2 Ehepaare) haben diese Villa für 2 Wochen im Mai gebucht. die Eigentümerin, Andromena, hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen. Auch stellte sie uns eine tolle Erstversorgung an Lebensmitteln und Spezialitäten zur Verfügung, was wir keinesfalls als Selbstverständlich sahen. Die Villa war tiptop sauber und  gut eingerichtet. Andromena war für Fragen stets erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: Ohne Auto ist man verloren. Zum Einkaufen muss man schon ca. 12 Km fahren. Der kleine Laden im Ort ist nicht so gut bestückt. Als Restaurant können wir das "Zminjka" in Zminj, ca. 6 Km entfernt, wärmstens empfehlen.
Ansonsten bietet das Haus ein Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und mit dem Auto sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bereich von ca. 60 Km gut zu erreichen.
Wie der Empfang war auch die Verabschiedung sehr herzlich, und jedes Ehepaar bekam noch eine regionale Spezialität mit auf die Reise.
Unser Fazit: Die Villa Anastasia kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, wenn man den Nachteil der Abgelegenheit in Kauf nimmt. Mit dem eigenen Auto oder einem Mietwagen ist das kein Problem!
