The beautiful beaches and bays of the Dalmatian islands you have to visit

The beautiful beaches and bays of the Dalmatian islands you have to visit

Enjoy the islands and relax on their stunning beaches

Those who love the sea cannot find a better place for themselves than the islands in Dalmatia. Surrounded by the cleanest Adriatic sea and countless beautiful bays and beaches, they are paradise on earth.
You will have the ideal opportunity to discover these bays and beaches if you book one of our villas with pool in Dalmatia.
Pick a favourite beach or just explore them all ...

Pag

In addition to the notorious party beach “Zrce”, the island of Pag, of course, also has quieter bays that are worth visiting. The natural bay “Bosana” is ideal if you are looking for some peace and seclusion. Crystal clear sea and a great backdrop - here, you will love to let your thoughts wander.

If you need activities, sports and a good range of food and drinks, you should go to the beach “Simuni”. A long, flat pebble beach and more than enough shade make it possible to spend the whole day here with the family.

Dugi Otok

The beach “Veli Zal” in the north of the island will cast its spell over you. The dreamy colours of the crystal clear sea, the green of the pine trees and the long, light pebble beach - simply heavenly!
Here you can relax all day long and experience romantic moments in the evening, because this is where the sun goes down at its most beautiful.

Ugljan

“Velika Sabusa” in Kukljica is the ideal beach for families. Here you have everything you need to enjoy the sea and the sun with your family without worries. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby and sports activities are also offered here. If you prefer to discover the many small, secluded bays of Ugljan, then rent a boat and go on a day trip.

Murter

It is reminiscent of the Caribbean: turquoise clear sea and a beach of white sand and gravel. But instead of palm trees there are pines and olive trees. There is also a small peninsula that juts out into the sea and is just waiting to be discovered by you. This is the beach “Podvrske”, only 2km from the town of Murter. Drinks and snacks are a few steps away.

Brac

“Zlatni Rat” is probably the most famous of all beaches in Croatia. The “Golden Horn”, adorned by the lush green of the pine trees, juts out into the sea with its palette of blue and green tones. If you don't want to just lie lazily in the sun, there is a lot on offer here: restaurants, cafes, attractions for children and many sports facilities ...

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, the sandy beach “Lovrecina” is recommended. A small bay in the north of the island of Brac, directly at the Lovrecina archaeological site. This narrow strip of sand is ideal for families with children, offers everything you need and is easily accessible from Split.

Vis

The beach “Stivina” on the island of Vis is a unique jewel - it's incredible what nature has created! Do not miss the opportunity to visit this magical place. A small pebble beach in the embrace of steep rocks. Already awarded several times and under nature protection, “Stiniva” is a place where you can feel the respect for mother nature. The bay is easily accessible, but you should take food and drinks with you.

Korcula

The small uninhabited island “Proizd” near Vela Luka is a highlight! The island, which has received multiple awards from travel magazines and websites, is one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic! Ocean currents clean the always cool sea and round off the white rocks and stones. You can also see the sea bottom in the deep water! This unique fascinating nature will make you forget everything else. From Vela Luka you can reach Proizd in just 30 minutes by taxi boat.

“Pupnatska Luka” is located on the south side of the island of Korcula and will take your breath away as soon as you see the bay from the edge of the steep cliffs! The colours of the sea, surrounded by a light, fine pebble beach are simply phenomenal and will magically attract you. Children love this gently sloping beach and quite a few have learned to swim here. There are cool drinks and snacks just a few steps away, so you can spend the whole day here.

Mljet

If you want to feel a touch of the exotic and the warm sand between your toes, then you've come to the right place. The beautiful sandy beach “Saplunara” is located in a large bay with a crystal clear, turquoise-blue sea on the southern tip of the island of Mljet. Spend the whole day swimming, building sandcastles or lazing around and enjoy your vacation like in a picture book! You are well catered for by a few bars and restaurants.

“Sveta Marija” is an islet on the island of Mljet, in the middle of the national park. A fantastic place for snorkeling, swimming and relaxing. This little piece of paradise is definitely worth a stop if you are already exploring the national park.

We hope that you will enjoy one or the other beach, but recommend - if you have the time, desire and the opportunity - to rent a boat and explore the many, small, hidden bays on the islands in Dalmatia in this way. You will not be able to get out of your amazement. We promise you that!
