This minimalist villa is every inch the bold modern hideaway, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Inside the strikingly geometric structure, a series of restful spaces includes 6 cosy bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs, as well as meticulously appointed ensuite bathrooms, and an impressive bright and airy interconnected living area with a sleek fireplace, surveyed by an interesting gallery.
The villa is perfectly styled with a modern, minimalist design featuring air conditioning throughout, WiFi and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The giant, gallery-like patio doors open onto a chick paved terrace with a nice-sized private pool, surrounded by a lawned garden for lazing summer days away. There is also a barbecue area with an outside dining space to make the most of al fresco meals, while plenty of equipment for younger children, from cot and high chair to their very own game room, as well as an outside playground, add to the family friendly feel. This 6-bedroom villa is located in Rovinjsko selo, just 5 km from one of the most beautiful Istrian towns - Rovinj. Feel the enchantment of the town in its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean setting. The main Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saints and presents one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau there is a wonderful view to the open sea and numerous islets in the distance. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town’s many galleries will complete your cultural experience. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage. Its surroundings offer immense possibilities for recreation: biking, horseback riding, jogging... But, owing to the sea and what it has to offer, ranging from sailing to discovering the underwater world, today Rovinj is the destination for tourists from all over the world.

Note:
Traumhaus! Sehr gepflegte und wirklich luxuriöses Unterkunft. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und bemüht. Zur Begrüßung hatten sie für uns eine komplette Torte, eine Wurstplatte mit Gebäck, eine kleine Flasche von ihrem selbst gemachten Olivenöl und einen Likör mitgebracht. Ivanas Schwiegermutter leerte 3mal in der Woche die Mülltonnen und brachte sogar selbst gebackene Kekse für die Kinder mit. Der Badestrand ist 10 Autominuten von entfernt und es gibt gute Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte 2-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gebe noch viel mehr Positives zu berichten, jedoch würde das den Rahmen sprengen. Wir waren super zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.
Wunderschönes Haus mit super Ausstattung. Lage ist super, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir hatten mit 12 Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und reibungslose Kommunikation.
