Beautiful villa with pool near sea in Poreč

Located in a town known for its historic heritage, luxurious Villa Bruna in Poreč is the ideal kind of accommodation for your relaxing holiday. The villa was restored in a modern way with carefully chosen details and furniture, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The property consists of three houses and can accommodate up to 10+2 guests. The main house has 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are divided over the first and second floor. You will find 2 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor and 2 more bedrooms with single beds, which can be pushed together, on the second floor. The smaller house is designed as a studio with a living room, dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double and an extra bed for 2 persons. At your disposal is also a summer kitchen with wellness area in the garden. If you´re more of an outdoor type of person, there is an inviting swimming pool in the garden, made for relaxation during warm and sunny days, but you can also go to the beach that is in walking distance from the villa. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than enjoying the culinary delights of the region, which you can also prepare in the outdoor kitchen. At your disposal are a sauna, an outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as 2 bicycles.
IMPORTANT: Villa Bruna is not a party house. Youth groups are not permitted!!!.

This newly built holiday home is located in Poreč. Do not miss to visit the Euphrasius Basilica Complex (Unesco Heritage) in the old town of Poreč. It was built in the middle of the 6th century in the Byzantine style and it's considered to be one of most beautiful works of art in the world. Poreč is a town with a rich cultural heritage. You can also enjoy on the first beach. Since in Poreč you have at your disposal different kinds of sports (tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, biking, hiking, water sports) it is an attractive tourist destination.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich begrüßt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Villa selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Sonnenliegen und der Außenbereich waren perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Was den Gastgeber betrifft, so war er äußerst hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Er gab uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und war immer bereit, uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen zu helfen. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Alles in allem war dies ein wundervoller Urlaub in einer großartigen Villa mit einem Gastgeber, der unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Wir würden ohne zu zögern wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der nach einem entspannten und luxuriösen Urlaub sucht.
Sind das 3te Mal hier, für Familien einfach perfekt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar.
