Cosy family villa with pool near Novigrad

Located in a small Istrian village, surrounded by olive groves and a lovely countryside, Villa Mimosa is a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation. However, it is also ideal for those that enjoy taking walks or hiking, since there is a charming local road leading through preserved nature directly to Novigrad.
With 4 bedrooms the villa can easily accommodate up to 8 persons. This charming property was furnished in a modern way, yet with a slightly romantic note. In the villa you will find everything you could need for your stay - a fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms equipped with double beds and facilities such as WiFi and air condition. The villa has an additional space on the lower ground floor (entrance by stairs close to the pool area). This separate space within the villa has an additional living room with a pool-out sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom & fitness and relaxation room, where you can either exercise with different props, relax reading books & or have a fun karaoke evening :) Make use of the inviting pool surrounded by quality sun loungers or just relax in the shade of the villa´s carefully tended garden. Spend your evenings in the villa dining al fresco or playing volleyball and badminton. Villa Mimosa is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted!.

Villa Mimosa is located in Istria, a region known for its gentle shores and breathtaking nature. One of the best ways to explore this region is through numerous cycling paths leading you through the charming countryside. On one hand the town of Novigrad is a popular tourist destination and on the other hand a charming Mediterranean fishing town with carefully preserved streets, town walls and a variety of monuments. The gourmets amongst you will be thrilled with the town, since it is known for exquisite cuisine, featuring some of the best seafood restaurants in Istria. Here you can also visit the olive oil routes and taste the most precious Istrian produce. The town offers a variety of sports activities but if you don´t feel like being active, you can just relax on numerous beaches and party at cafes and cocktail bars around the town. Just a short drive from the villa you will find the first-class Aquapark Istralandia where fun is guaranteed.

Note:
Sehr schönes Haus mit super Pool! Kam bei den Kindern super gut an. Auch die Lage nur 2 km vom Meer und Novigrad entfernt war sehr gut. Ein paar Dinge müssen allerdings repariert bzw in Ordnung gebracht werden, so z.B. Details bei 2 Holz- Liegestühlen und die Regaltüren in der Küche, die nicht allein oben halten und es schwer ist, Tassen etc. herauszuholen.... Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern wären auch toll - so gibt es "nur" 2 Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich, was bei über 30 Grad zu wenig ist.... Insgesamt haben wir aber einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht inklusive einer Waschmaschine mit Trockner und im Keller sogar ein Fitness-Studio.... Als Toaster haben wir einen Kontakt-Grill verwendet, der vorhanden war. Ein Mixer war auch dort, so konnten wir sogar Pfannkuchen zubereiten... Mir persönlich hätte es gefallen, wenn im Wohnbereich auch ein Sofa gewesen wäre....gab es aber nur im Keller.
