Two of the comfortable bedrooms are on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor.

The bright and stylishly furnished living room and the modern kitchen with dining area are also on the ground floor. From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to the beautiful, covered terrace, where a charcoal grill is at your disposal. A real eye-catcher is the 40 square meter private pool with hydromassage, which is the perfect remedy for summer heat and which ensures a lot of fun for young and old. The well-tended, spacious garden is completely enclosed, which gives your children, pets and cars additional security. In Villa Bella you are completely equipped for a perfect vacation. There is also a children’s playground for our younger guests in the garden. Near the villa there is a horse ranch, where you can have a good time with your family and friends and go on riding tours. Villa Bella is located in Hreljici, a settlement in the municipality of Marcana. The Marcana Riviera is a perfect place for a peaceful family vacation in the countryside, with numerous authentic cultural monuments of Istrian architecture and medieval churches. You can follow some of the Istrian wine and olive trails, and explore the old dry-stone walls and Istrian kazuni, authentic small cottages. It is the ideal destination if you are looking for a peaceful vacation, away from the overcrowded tourist hot-spots. The area has 36 km of unspoilt seacoast, and it is the least urbanised coastal zone in Istria, with crystal clear sea surrounded by lush greenery. The entire area is surrounded by green hills and blue coves, some of which are accessible only by boat. Other than the cultural heritage, this region has a rich gastronomic offer on local delicacies which you must try out!

Wir waren vom 2.9. bis 9.9. mit unserer Familie in der Villa Bella. Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen ohne Auto geht gar nix. Die Sauberkeit lässt im großen und ganzen zu wünschen übrig. Unser Tochter musste erstmal ihr Zimmer kehren. In der Küche fiel gleich mal eine Schubladenblende ab. Um den Pool mussten wir uns selbst kümmern, uns wurden Reinigungstabletten in die Hand gedrückt, die sollen wir am Mittwoch in den Skimmer legen. Die 2 Auflagen für die Luegen am Pool waren so ekelig, da wäre es besser, gar keine hinzulegen. Handtücher für den Pool konnte man sich aus einer großen Tasche nehmen. Das Geschirr war wohl aus Restbestände, nicht mal 6 gleiche Trinkgläser waren vorhanden. Das ganze war sehr lieblos und dient nur als Verdienstmöglichkeiten.

Wir haben den Sachverhalt mit dem Eigentümer der Villa Bella überprüft. Laut dem Eigentümer wird der Pool einmal pro Woche, samstags, vom Pool-Reinigungsservice gereinigt. Damit die Gäste während des Aufenthaltes nicht unnötig gestört werden, erhalten alle Gäste für die Zwischenzeit Tabletten für den Skimmer. Laut dem Eigentümer stehen zusätzliches Besteck sowie zusätzliche Trinkgläser zur Verfügung.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht haben.

Vorab, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Jedoch ist diese schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde, meiner Meinung nach, schon länger nichts mehr gemacht bzw. Modernisiert. Auch könnte das Haus sauberer sein, also wirklich sehr viel sauberer... Die Sonnenschirme am Pool waren locker und sind bei Wind umgefallen, es gab nur 2 Auflagen für die Liegen und diese waren wirklich dreckig. Auch hätte der Garten mehr Pflege nötig und die Schaukel für die Kinder war sehr wackelig. WLAN hat mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert und auch die AC ging immer wieder nicht. Wir wussten natürlich, dass die Lage der Villa etwas abseits ist, jedoch würde ich persönlich mit Kindern bzw. mehreren Personen das nächste Mal etwas wählen, was zentraler ist bzw. es mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt da man gefühlt jeden Tag zum Einkaufen weiter fahren musste um alles zu bekommen.

Laut dem Eigentümer wird die Villa für alle Gäste vom Reinigungsservice komplett gereinigt und überprüft (darunter auch Klimaanlagen etc.) Der Eigentümer hat bestätigt, dass 2 Auflagen für die Liegen leider im schlechten Zustand waren, worüber er nicht rechtzeitig vom Reinigungsservice informiert wurde. Der Eigentümer entschuldigt sich für den Mangel.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer Lage, in der Probleme mit WLAN vorkommen können. Allerdings konnten die aufgeführten Mängel, nach Angaben des Eigentümers, noch während des Aufenthaltes geklärt wären, hätten Sie sich beim Eigentümer, gemeldet, da er vor Ort ist und für alle Fragen gerne zur Verfügung steht.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen., WLAN nicht so gut, geht mal und geht mal nicht, Bei unserem Eintreffen versprach uns der Vermieter das alles in Bester Ordnung sei, jedoch mussten die Stühle auf der Terrasse erst einmal VON UNS gerichtet werden , Leider haben wir, bei einem 2 Wöchigen Aufenthalt auf einen Wechsel der Bettwäsche durch den Vermieter vergeblich gewartet und auch die Pflege des Pools war uns selbst überlassen. Verbesserungswürdig ist auch das Inventar der Küche.

Die Poolreinigung durch das Personal findet am Wochenedne statt (oder auch unter der Woche, falls dies so mit dem Besitzer im Voraus besprochen worden ist).
Der Besitzer hat uns bestätigt, dass die Mängel (Internet, Stühle) behoben worden sind.
