Lovely Villa Miana is situated near the small Town of Zminj, in central Istria. It has a total of two bedrooms and can accommodate 4+2 persons.
The villa is tastefully decorated with attention to detail and gives a feeling of home. The one-storey house consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, two lovely decorated bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has one double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. From the villa, you can directly access to the spacious garden and pool area. During hot summer days, you can relax on a sun lounger catching a golden suntan or take a refreshing swim in the nice pool. For those who seek for both, a relaxing and active holiday, Villa Miana offers you both. The villa has a big lawn where you can play volleyball and table tennis. In the garden you can also find a swing and a slide, that your kids will love. Next to the house is a grill available to prepare delicious meals and dine al fresco. This beautiful holiday villa is the perfect choice for you and your family where you will enjoy special moments.

This beautiful villa is nested in a small town Zminj in Istria. The location of the villa is ideal for a holiday that combines lazy days of dolce far niente with sightseeing in some of the most beautiful areas of Istria. Central Istria offers interesting cities, intact nature, and a variety of activities, for example zip line Pazinska jama, horseback riding, hiking, cycling... Exquisit traditional cuisine and world-class Malvazija for which this region is renowned, add the final ingredients to a memorable holiday. The beach and the wonderful coastal cities are only a short drive away.

Paula ist eine sehr nette Besitzerin der schönen Villa. Es haben vielleicht ein paar Dinge im Haus gefehlt, aber die sind nicht der Rede wert. In Summe ein tolles Haus für 2 Paare... Großer Garten und tolle Atmosphäre. Der Pool ist auch super erfrischend wie es sein soll. 3min mit dem Auto entfernt ist das Geschäft Plodine wo man alles bekommt. Zufuss kommt man in der Nachbarschaft zu natürlichen Olivenöl, ebenso ist eine Molkerei in der Nähe mit tollen Produkten. Alle Städte sind maximal 30min entfernt für Städtetrips. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. LG Peter
Beautiful holiday home with large, well-kept garden. Supermarket is only a very short distance away. Nice swimming pool for the children. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, were very spacious and clean. Only minor criticism is the kitchen being rather limited compared to the rest of the house (as we did not cook much ourselves, this was not a problem for us). Not much to see in Zminj itself, but good connection to tourist attractions on the coast. The owner, Paula, has a restaurant a bit further from the house, where you can enjoy delicious Croatian cuisine.
