This charming property can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 lovely decorated bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds) and one additional sofa bed on the top floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and newly equipped with LCD TV sets.

The living room area is spacious and cosy, offering comfort and relaxation. The living area consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. In front of the villa, there is a beautiful covered terrace where you will find a large dining table for dining al fresco. Across the street, several steps away is a separated walled and gated courtyard with a swimming pool where you can refresh during hot summer days. Here you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table as well as barbecue. At the property, there is a child swing and table tennis for your and your child's entertainment.

This property is located in the central part of the Istria peninsula, near the small town of Kanfanar, more precisely hamlet called Bubani. The old architecture of Kanfanar and surrounding villages is well preserved, and olives dominate this area with a warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre and Brijuni national park with an 18-hole golf course is just a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants and taverns can be found at just a short drive in all directions. It is a great place to enjoy the food, history and after all, to relax. Car is recommended.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen und sauberen Haus. Auch wir wurden mit Wein und Gebäck willkommen geheißen und bekamen auch einmal sehr leckeres Fleisch zum Grillen auf dem tollen Außengrill. Katarina haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber ihr Vater kam jeden Tag vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und eventuelle Fragen und Wünsche zu beantworten. Auch die Nachbarn im Ort waren sehr freundlich, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Absolute Empfehlung.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Zum Empfang haben wir Gebäck und Wein bekommen. Danke nochmal! Das Haus und der Pool war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für Ausflüge nach Rovinj, Porec, Pula usw. hervorragend gelegen. Das Meer zum baden war in ca. 15 min. ereichbar. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße!
