Beautiful Villa Stancija Cabrunici is located in a small village Cabrunici, only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful crystal-clear blue Adriatic Sea. It offers an ideal holiday for friends or families who want to spend it together.

Villa Stancija Cabrunici can accommodate up to 10 persons. At your disposal are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (2 of them are ensuite, 1 is in the pool-house), spacious living room decorated with wooden beams and fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds which can be put together as a double bed. There is also one extra living room with a sofa. For an even more enjoyable holiday, the villa offers a sauna, hot tub, and gym room. In the beautiful and spacious garden, you can relax and enjoy next to the 60 m2 big swimming pool on sun loungers. Within the garden are a pool house, outdoor kitchen, grill and outside dining area, children’s playground, and boccia filed at your disposal. For exploring the surroundings at your disposal are 4 bicycles as well. Villa Stancija Cabrunici is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 10 cars, and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.

Location of the Villa Stancija Cabrunici offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. Fazana, small coastal town with a harbour from where you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities. Great restaurants, cafés and stores can be found in Svetvincenat (St. Vicenat, 3km), a charming quiet town in Central Istria, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for excellent wine and delicious Istrian cuisine: home-made Istrian prosciutto (prsut), Istrian pasta (fuzi) and Mediterranean home-made specialities. During your stay in Istria visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (25 km) and beautiful city of Rovinj (20 km).

Note:

Wir waren im Mai wiederum eine Woche auf Urlaub in der Stancija Cabrunici, in Summe bereits das dritte Mal seit vorigem Jahr. Wir können nur das Beste über die Villa und die gesamte Anlage berichten. Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, der Poolbereich samt Sauna und Whirlpool und die urige Konoba sind perfekt, um schöne und erholsame Ferientage zu verbringen. Vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter für die perfekte Betreuung und die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Im September werden wir wieder vor Ort sein und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den tollen Aufenthalt in der Stancija Cabrunici !

Wir waren heuer bereits zweimal jeweils eine Woche in der Villa Stancija Cabrunici auf Urlaub und können die Anlage bestens empfehlen. Das Haupthaus und die Konoba sind sehr gut ausgestattet, alles Benötigte ist vorhanden. Der Zustand der Anlage, die Sauberkeit und Ordnung bei der Hausübergabe ist vorbildlich. Das Grundstück ist von der Größe her mehr als großzügig und garantiert Ruhe und Erholung. Der große Pool, der Wellnessbereich ( Sauna, Whirlpool ) und der Fitnessraum runden den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck perfekt ab. Ein Dankeschön auch an den Vermieter für seine Bemühungen, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für den Herbst 2022 haben wir die Stancija Cabrunici bereits wieder gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den Urlaub !
