Beautiful new villa with private pool

Villa Nira is situated near Višnjan, a small Istrian town situated on the top of a hill. It is surrounded by forests, and is located 10km (6 miles) North-East of Poreč. Višnjan is a place of special interest to astrology lovers because of its internationally reputed Astronomical Observatory.
