This modern holiday home is located in the small Istrian town called Sv.Petar. It is quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Porec and Rovinj with their beaches are just a short drive away. A grocery store is just 300 m away. The road connections are excellent with access to a fast motorway for Pula and Trieste Airports.(Ryanair, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights). Pazin is the administrative center of Istria County and already in the 19th century, mostly because of its central position on the Peninsula, but importance as well, came to be called the “heart of Istria”. The fascinating medieval Castle of Pazin (Kastel), situated above the 130 m cliff where the Pazincica River flows into the Pazin Pit. In the vicinity of the town there are several very interesting medieval towns, whereas devotees of active vacation can enjoy the attractive 10-kilometer-long hiking trail of St. Simon. In Pazin you will find large supermarkets, restaurants as well as many bars and cafes. 40min away is Pula and Brijuni islands national natural park. From Porec, Rovinj and Pula you can also make a boat trip to Venice.
