San Servolo is a new Istrian beer brand produced in a
small family brewery in the north-west of the peninsula.
San Servolo is not only a brewery, but it also offers its visitors a a variety of Istrian delicacies and a

The San Servolo Manufactory will delight you with its way of making this delicious beer. The brewery uses
pure and natural water from the Sveti Ivan spring from the Mirna River valley, malt that determines the colour and smell, roasted malt that adds a unique taste and hops that gives a specific bitterness and an irresistible smell. The producers are especially proud of the high quality and purity of the San Servolo beer, which is brewed in accordance with the
German Purity Law of 1516. This purity law consists of a series of regulations that determine and limit the use of products in the production of beer. In the San Servolo restaurant, you can taste and enjoy all the products of the brewery. Currently, 6 different types of beer are offered. Whether you are a fan of homemade lager, popular craft beers or still want to try something new, such as truffle beer, the
San Servolo beer will delight every connoisseur.
