Beautiful villa with private pool in Zadar

Villa Zupan is located in the wonderful city of Zadar in Dalmatia, just a few minutes away from the first beaches. Here your ideal vacation can start, whether you are rather relaxing at the pool or in the little summer kitchenette, preparing grilled meals.
The villa consists of 2 floors with 4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests. The ground floor has a spacious room connecting the kitchen, living and dining room in an open concept. Bright marble and charming furnishings make the room look vividly elegant. Here you get across a big terrace overlooking the garden and pool. On the first floor, there are two pleasant bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms. The second floor has another 2 bedrooms both with access to big balconies ideal to enjoy your first-morning coffee or tea. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds which can be connected if needed. Outdoors you will find a nice outdoor eating area (stone pergola) to enjoy dinner next to the inviting private pool. Dive into your relaxed holidays close to the sea in Villa Zupan. .
