Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor where you can also find an entertainment room with a pool table, a kitchen and a big living-dining room to spend some time together. The other 5 rooms are located on the first floor, all of them with en suite bathrooms and air conditioners while 4 have TVs at your disposal. The upper floor bedrooms have 2 big terraces overlooking the calming surrounding greenery. This enchanting villa is located in the little village of Zapuzane near Benkovac and also near the touristy towns like Zadar (about 40 km away). The location is presenting a nice starting point for visiting the amazing nature of some Croatian islands (for example Pasman, Ugljan, Iz). Visit nearby islands and enjoy lonely bays, the crystal clear sea with the natural scent of pines. Just 14 km away from the villa you will find the Vrana lake famous for its wonderful nature. Experience a lake just next to the sea, while being surrounded by mountains. Here you can go hiking, cycling or do a camping trip. If you are travelling by car, be sure to visit Zadar with the old Forum and the Church of St. Donatus built in the Romanesque style, dating back to the 9th century.
