Near the ancient city of Zadar and incomplete intimacy hides an old restored family treasure in the form of the villa Rural Home Lapis. The stone old house is lovingly restored to suit today's criteria of its guests.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one separate toilet, kitchen and living room. What will particularly delight you in the living room is the bread oven for the preparation of real Dalmatian delicacies. On the first floor are the remaining three bedrooms and a bathroom. We must emphasize that each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.
Your backyard is hidden from all curious views by a 2,5 m high fence that also protects your privacy and inside the walls, you can relax in the swimming pool. Immerse yourself in an old Dalmatian story that harmoniously blends the past with the present. .

we spent a week in this beautiful and comfortable house. The pool is spacious and we all enjoyed it, every morning is cleaned by staff. In the kitchen we found everything we need to prepare breakfast and dinner, we also had a cafemachine. the common room provided a lot of space and coolness in the summer days. the bedrooms were clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and each room has air conditioning. A washmaschine is also available for your needs. The owners were very nice and brought us fresh vegetables. Not far from the house is a small shop where you can buy everything. the beach is a maximum of 5 minutes by car, but the house has a great location and all the nice places like Zadar Biograd Sibenik are close. We went to the beach in Sukosan. It was an amazing holiday and we will definitely be back.
