Villa Rossa is located in Zdrelac on the island of Pasman in Dalmatia. The villa is in an excellent location, very close to the sea and has a private pool and an outdoor jacuzzi.
There are sun loungers, sunshades and an outdoor shower around the pool. A barbecue and dining area are located on the terrace in the garden. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy the outdoors. The property is fully fenced, so your pet is also welcome. The villa has two separate living units and is stylishly and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The first residential unit consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living area with a dining and cooking area. From the living area, you get to the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a separate toilet here. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the balcony. The second, smaller residential unit consists of an open living area with a kitchen and dining area as well as a bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and private parking for up to 4 cars. Villa Rossa offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday.
Pasman is an island in the Adriatic Sea off the coast of northern Dalmatia south of Zadar. Getting to the island is very easy. From Biograd na Moru you can take the ferry to Tkon, which is on the island of Pasman, or from Zadar, you can take the ferry to Preko, which is on the island of Ugljan, and then cross the bridge to the island of Pasman. You can enjoy a fantastic view from the bridge. Villa Rossa is located on the northern tip of the island in the village of Zdrelac. The village offers sports activities such as running, cycling and various water sports. It is also ideal for long walks. In the centre, you will find a variety of cafes, bars and shopping facilities. We recommend trying Mediterranean cuisine, which is offered in the local restaurants. Fantastic beaches you can find here. Most of them are located in hidden bays. One advantage of the island is that there is no mass tourism and you will always find a quiet place. If you feel like going on a day trip, you can do so from here, as the surrounding islands are easy and quick to reach. If you are looking for peace and relaxation during your holidays and really want to take some time out, the island of Pasman is the perfect place.
Amazing villa, near the sea. The house is modern and clean, every place is so cozy. The pool is heated. The host provided us everything we needed and much more, she is a lovely lady .
