A kitchen designed for serious cooks opens onto a vast covered patio where the guests can serve anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner, the abundance of fresh produce available in this area offering plenty of inspiration. The five bright and cosy bedrooms, each with the benefit of a flat-screen TV and private ensuite bathroom, are distributed over the upper floor. A special treat of this special property is a lovely eco-garden from which the guests can pick their own seasonal vegetables, as well as a garden house next to the main house with an additional fully-fitted kitchen. A perfectly placed summer dining area with a stone built-in barbecue can also be found at the end of the garden and if you want to do a bit more then swim a few laps in the private pool or just lie in the shade and soak up the surroundings, there is a fitness area, as well as three bikes to round off the action. This relaxing villa is located in a small village, a short drive away from the city of Zadar. Zadar is an ancient city with historical and cultural heritage worth seeing. Famous Alfred Hitchcock said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset in the world - do not miss it! The old town provides monuments of the ancient, medieval and Renaissance times: Romans square (1st century), church of St. Donat (9th century), church of St. Marija (11th century, rebuilt in 16th century), cathedral of St. Stošija (12th-13th century), the parts of defence walls… Nowadays it is famous for symphony of the Sea Organ and light installation “Pozdrav Suncu” (Greeting to the Sun). In Zadar you will find beaches, historic architecture, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. National and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes, Telašćica, Paklenica…) are also nearby. If you are looking for more fun from sunset till sunrise you won't be disappointed. In Zadar there are many beach clubs and coffee bars and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and clubs.
