Dalmatian stone villa with private pool near Zadar
Villa Mileti is a beautifully renovated stone villa located on a high and very steep hill. The villa was built in the 1890s, it consists of 2 separate parts which can accommodate 6 guests in total.
With a shared outdoor area with a private pool, grill and garden space, two objects of the villa offer you to spend your holidays together but also have enough privacy, if needed. There are many different sleeping possibilities in 3 different bedrooms all with air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, in two objects of the villa. The beautiful garden, spreads on two levels, offering enough place and garden furniture to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the sea while breathing in the fresh air from the sea, mixed with the scent of pines. With the private pool on the lower ground, here you will find sun loungers and a little outdoor eating area connected to the level where the living room is located. In the main house, this ground floor consists of a comfortable open concept area where the living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen are combined. The 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and en suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor. Exposed wooden beams, warm colours and vintage details will make you feel comfortable in these bedrooms while waking up with a view on the sea from your window. On the upper level of the garden area, next to the fireplace grill, you will find the entrance to the other object, also with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Villa Mileti offers relaxed holidays, close to the sea while you are surrounded by nature, enjoying your time around the inviting pool (which changes colours at night), preparing grilled meals on one of the 2 barbecues or while planning what to sightsee next in this area.
This wonderful villa is located on a hill on the edge of the National Park Paklenica (10 minutes away by car), in the middle of beautiful nature. This area is ideal for guests who like to spend their holidays actively in nature, as well as for those who prefer to unwind at the beach. The first beach is only 500 m away from the villa. The nearby Paklenica National Park with two gorges, high cliffs, diverse flora and fauna, is one of the most famous national parks and mountaineering centers, even outside Croatia. Paklenica also offers a good range of sports, from climbing and trekking to relaxing picnic trips. From here you can enjoy the magnificent view, where sea and stone come close. We recommend visiting the nearby touristy cities Zadar and Nin with many attractions. Nin is a charming small town, today known for its beautiful, sandy beaches, Salines and natural healing mud. An interesting fact - Nin has been chosen for one of Europe's most romantic destinations by European Best Destinations. Zadar is ideal for architecture lovers, with many museums but also numerous cafes and restaurants. Visit its trademark the Church of St. Donatus from the 9th century, built in Romanesque style.

Property damage security: A 500,00 € refundable damage deposit or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
